#2: Racing Cars and Racing Hearts

Imagine that you are heading to your first live NASCAR race, and your favorite male country singer, Hunter Hayes is singing the national anthem, you couldn't be more excited. Your heat your Mom say "Alyssa, it's time to go!" You let out a little squeal of excitement and run to the car as fast as you possibly can. The ride from your house to the track is about two hours away, you listen to 'Encore' the whole way there. When you get to your seat, you are surprised to see your best friend Melanie there. "Hey Mel!" You say with a smile. "Hey Alyssa!! I'm so excited to see Hunter sing tonight aren't you?!" "Of course I am!!! We have perfect seats!" You were also really excited because you had seats right In front of all the action, which meant Hunter would be directly in front of you. You and Melanie fangirl together until the announcement comes on that Hunter is coming out. You both let out a little scream of excitement. Soon enough, Hunter is standing directly in front of you. He begins to sing, and then he spots you, and looks at you the whole time he sings. When he finishes, you noticed that he winked at you. "Mel, did you see that?! Hunter Hayes winked at me!" "Oh my Hayes! That's crazy!" You both giggle and look back at the track. The next thing you know, Hunter is walking up the stairs and towards your seats. "Hi!! I'm Hunter!" He says with a smile. Your jaw drops from being in complete shock that he is actually talking to you. "I'm Alyssa!" You manage to say. "Alyssa, you look beautiful..." You feel yourself blush and you look back at Melanie who has a huge grin on her face. You know that she is happy for you. You look back at him. "Thank you!" You say with a shy giggle. "Hey, I was wondering if you wanted to come inside with me and talk alone for a few minutes?" You try not to completely fangirl... And manage to say, "Yes!" Without screaming. You look back at Melanie and your parents and they all mouth, "go!" You smile and nod your head at Hunter, meaning that your ready to go with him. He half smiles and takes your hand in his. When you go to his dressing room, you both sit on the couch. "You did a great job singing!" You say with a sense of excitement. "Thank you!! I'm glad you enjoyed it!" He looks into your eyes and says, "Alyssa, would you want to hang out sometime? Just you and me." You grin And let out a little giggle as you say, "are you kidding? That'd be amazing! I'd love too!" He grins and says, "Im glad..." You smile and you two windup exchanging numbers. You smile and you notice him leaning in closer to you. Your heart begins to pound as he says, "you are amazing Alyssa." You giggle and, "so are you Hunter..." Before you know it, his lips are touching yours and you share your passionate first kiss....
