Elizabeth's POV:

It was eight o'clock on a Friday night, I was certainly not in the mood to have any sort of fun. I wanted to stay in this far to small, apartment I had been renting for a little over two years now, eat a gallon of ice cream and watch overly sappy romance movies. I had found out this morning that my long term boyfriend, Chris... the one I thought was so madly in love with me, has been cheating for the past four months. I was suddenly pulled out of my thoughts when I heard my phone ding, alerting me of a text message. It was my best friend, Michelle. "Hey girl!! I'm going to the club tonight. You coming?!" Her text read. I sighed and began tapping the buttons on my phone to type a response. "Nooooo. I'm not in a partying mood. Sorry best friend." I replied. My phone dinged once again, "Oh come Elizabeth! Forget that jerk. Come get crazy with me!" "Michelle..." I typed. "I'll be there in twenty minutes. Get ready!!" I sighed and locked my phone. I guess whether I wanted to or not, I was going to the club tonight. I ran into my bedroom and opened my closet. I slipped away from the comfort of my sweatpants and oversized sweatshirt to tightly fitted skinny jeans, a shimmery tank top and my knee height leather boots. I quickly curled my hair and added dramatic looking makeup. I added some sparkle by putting my dangling earrings.

*Knock Knock* Michelle stood on the porch as I ran towards the door. "Time to party!!!!" She said after I opened the door. I giggleld quietly. "Ok!" I said, doing my best to mask my saddness with excitement.

At The Club

I sat at the bar, sipping on my second margarita of the night. With every gulp I digested, I felt the pain slip away even more. I put down the glass and stood up, looking out onto the dance floor. I quickly spotted Michelle dancing with a stranger, about our age. He was tall, had black hair, and by the looks of things he had enjoyed one to many drinks. They seemed to be enoying themselves, why couldn't I? I smirked slighty and made my way to the middle of the floor, spinnng in circles, following the flourcent lights and singing, more like shouting to the loud music As I spun around I felt someone tap my shoulder. I turned around. "Hey! I'm Hunter!" He yelled over the music. "Hi! I'm Elizabeth!!" I replied in the same tone. "You look stunning, Elizabeth." He whispered in my ear with a smirk. "You don't look so bad youreslf." I whispered back. His blond hair was combed to the side, seeping with gel. He wore a leather jacket with a tight blue t-shirt underneath, making the fact that he worked out ten times more noticable. "Dance with me?" He breathed out, causing me to smell the alcohol on his breath. I nodded and wrapped my arms around his neck. His arms immeadiately went my waist, pulling me flush to his body. Heat radiated from his body to mine, making me crave his touch even more. I reached up and ran my fingers through his hair. He let out a low moan of happiness that only I could hear. "Can I just kiss you already?" He asked, looking down at me, the burning passion from his stare made me giggle. "Yes you can." I said. With no hesitation, he pressed his lips to mine. I felt myself blush as I automatically kissed him back. After a few moments of holding onto the kiss, Hunter pulled away in whispered in my ear. "Do you want to go outside with me?" He asked. I only nodded, still breathless from the kiss I was just given. I giggled and pulled his arm, making Hunter follow close behind as I ran outiside. He smirked as I leaned against the brick wall of the building and tugged on his t-shirt, forcing him to come closer to me. We giggled in unison as he leaned in and kissed me again. Between the drunken state both of us were in and the taste of his beer stained lips on mine, I realized that all of my heartache faded away, as my mind focused on the amazing man in front of me. "Youre perfect." Hunter whispersed in my ear. "Thank you." I whispered back. He pressed his lips to mine again but this time rougher and a hint of more passion. "I think we should get out of here." he said, his words slurred. I nodded my head in agreement and we got into his car. He drove to his apartment. Yes, he was drunk but he was still capable of driving. We walked into his apartment and he immediately grabbed me by the waist and pulled me closer to his body. His warmth was something I craved more than anything. I tugged at his hair and he let out yet another low moan of happiness that only I could hear. He picked me up and carried me up the stairs, and that night he showed me what it feels like to be loved...
