I saw her intriguing eyes,

On a rainy day.

The winds of the sky's,

Can't unravel my intricate strings.

Of years of emotion built up,

Beyond hope.

So how did she,

In that singular moment,

Seem to pull a string,

And loosen the strength,

Of what I saw as essential,

With just one slight pull,

One slight tug,

Of my heart.
