Chapter 10

Cole pov

'Third floor room 7' right the mind link I forgot about that 'thanks Scar' I walked up the stairs now getting a better look at this house they had a four story house Scarlet and me had the third floor all to our selves cause she's an Alpha like Luca. Luca gets the fourth floor so he can look out for any sighs of danger for the pack. Which I thought was pretty awesome we didn't have this in our pack but something like it.

I finally made it back to Scarlet and I hugged her tightly not wanting to let her go. "Cole your hurting me" but I had to knowing I was hurting her "Sorry I didn't mean to" she gave me a weak smiled and it looked like she got all her color back in her skin "So do you want to mark me now" her smiled faded once I said that and she started to play with her fingers not sure of what to say. "If you want me to I can" I nodded knowing once she did I could see into her mind and she could see into mine. I sat down on the bed next to her and leaned in close she kissed me first then started to go down to my jaw line, upper neck, then the place where the neck and the shoulder meet and sucked there. I groaned and moved my head so she could get to bite it easier once she thought it was ready then she bit down softly. She stayed there for a good two minutes or more but then she let go of me breathing heavy like me, "Now you are mine and I am yours" she kissed me once more before getting up and walking over to the bathroom.

Scarlet pov

I walked to the bathroom and closed the door. What did I just do I know he's my mate an all but now he can see into me and I can see him but there are some things I don't want him to know like my eye. I touched my eye and moved my hair wanting to look at it "Scarlet are you ok" I looked at the door "I should be asking you that" I yelled at the door "True" I heard him yell back. I put back my hair and walked out of the bath room "It'll take a little while for the mark to come in but I can already see into your mind" he said as he walked over to me and pulled away my hair "Cole I didn't want you to know I was like this a freak with a red and blue eye it's just not right" I pulled away from him feeling tears in my eyes but he grabbed my arm before I could walk away from him "But my favorite colors are blue and red" he smiled now I could feel the tears going down my face cause anytime someone saw my eyes they turn away and run from me calling me a monster but he liked them. "I can't tell you how much that means to me Cole" I hugged him tears still rolling down my face and he hugged me back. We heard howling outside and knew Luca was back from whatever he was doing but then someone screamed.
