Scarlet pov

I woke up in a place I hadn't been to before and in wolf form I don't remember being in wolf form when I passed out I tried to getup but there were wires hooked up in too me. I looked around for an open door but nothing it looked like there was no door around the place I guess you had to teleport to get inside. "Aw so your awake good to know the test didn't kill you" test what kind of test were they doing to me I tried to turn back human but nothing I just stayed in wolf form what the hell were they doing to me and how long have I been out. "I want to see how your work dear what makes your heart beat cause unlike my other Mixed bloods your heart still beats. Plus you've been out of two days." It does I thought it stopped a long time ago,wait how did he know what I was thinking " Your hooked up to this. It allows me or any one to see what your thinking at any time even when your asleep they only time it doesn't work is when your dead. Also with your heart it beats slowly to where you'd think it has stopped you just got to wait for the right moment to hear it beat and it seems to beat better when your in your wolf form." My wolf form why that? I laid my head down on my arms trying to think how I was the only one that could do this then I felt a hand on my back. "Just relax I'm quite hungry and you already turned so you can't hurt me" he started to lean down to bite me then another vampire came into the room wearing all black with chains on his belt loop my only guess was he was one of the top members here cause the 'Doc' stopped and stood up looking at the guy "Get out and drink something else if your that hungry" the guy was young and he had light brown hair and light purple eyes, "I'm sorry I'll leave now" Said the 'Doc' as he teleported out of the room leaving me with the other vampire. "Thank you for that" I said looking at the vampire as he started to walk towards me "He wasn't allow to do this to you, I'm sorry for what he's been doing to you" he started to take out the wires from me it hurt a lot but then I saw what the needles where silver "Silver why silver" he looked at the needles and looked a bit confused "silver is a wolves one weakness it's the only thing that really hurts us" he pulled out a few more wires then helped me off the table they had me on then I turned back human standing up "Thanks for the help but I got to go now my family will be wondering where I am plus I never got your name" his eye widened "oh my name is Herrick but now would not be a good time to leave there's a snow storm outside and your weak you wouldn't last 5 mins out there" I tried to walk but pain shot up both my legs and I tripped but Herrick caught me before I hit the floor. "Come on you'll stay at my place for tonight"then we teleported out of the room to a much cleaner room with blood red walls and a black carpet. He set me down on the bed then went to a mini and grabbed a blood bag "you must be hungry we found you and you only had a little bit of blood left in you" he poured the blood into a cup and handed it to me. "Thanks but why was he testing on me I'm nothing special I'm just me" I drank some of the blood and it was really cold it sent shivers down my spine "He wanted to see how you could be a vampire and still have a beating heart but we found out why you can't be in your demonic form for to long" my eyes widened even I didn't know why I couldn't be in that form for to long how did they find out "Why can't I? Please tell me" god why was I begging to this guy just for some information "Because your heart stops beating when you go in that form your body isn't used to it not beating so you turn back human and pass out" that's why? My body should be used to it by now I mean I've been like this for a while. I drank the rest of my blood that he gave me then he took the cup and put it in the sink "Guess you really got everything in here" he walked back not saying anything till he got back to the bed"Yea I guess I do but it's nothing special after all I am the Boss's son"
