Chapter 8-Elements

Mikey's Pov

The day I had something planned...

Shellie's Pov

I looked up at the clock, SHIT. It's gone 8, I told Mikey I'd be home for 7 he's gonna be going crazy. He's cooking tea tonight. It's his night, I am such an idiot why didn't I keep check of the time.

'What's up Shellie. You seem kinda worried.'

'I'm really sorry guys, I've got to go, I was meant to be back at 7, Mikeys gonna

kill me, he's cooking and I forgot all about it.' I say as I frantically gather up my things and walk to the door.

'I'll see you guys on Monday. OK?'

'Yeah, kay.' They reply at the same time.

As soon as I get to my car, I get in and start driving. Fast. I make sure I don't go to far over the speed limit and stop at all the stop signs. When I finally get back I park my car run to the door, it's raining, unlock it and step inside.

Mikey's Pov

'Hey Mikey, I'm home, sorry I'm so late. I got caught up talking to the girls.' I here a shout down the hall, Shellie of course.

'Hey, It's ok, but you might wanna go get changed into a dress or some thing fancy at least.' I yell down the hallway to her.

'And why should I do that?'

'Because I got us a reservation at 9 at Elements.So hurry up.'

'Errm, OK. I'll be quick as I can.'

I here her run up the stairs and just sit on the sofa and wait for her. After about five minutes I here her walking slowly down the stairs I get up and start to walk over to here, she's wearing a black one sleeved dress that goes to her mid thigh. She looks beautiful. She's got her makeup natural she looks perfect.

'You ready then?' I asked holding my arm out for her to take hold of.

'Yes, I am' She replies placing her hand lightly on my held out arm.

Shellie's Pov

 Oh my god, he got us reservations at Elements, I do love the vegetarian dishes they do the only problem is that two of main courses are fish and meat, the two things I do not eat. But oh well the rest of it is nice though, the food is delicious the service is amazing. Yes I have been there before, when I was looking at student houses it was weird cause I only had three courses when there's five.

'So what made you think of this, instead of cooking?' I ask Mikey.

'Hmm well I just thought you deserved a treat.'He replied.

That has to have been the best meal ever. It was so delicious. I can't believe Mikey took me. He paid for me even though it cost a fortune. He must have it for me bad. I can't believe I never noticed before.
