"I'm going to Matt's house " I said to my sister as I say her sitting at the island in the kitchen in our soon to be old home.
I grabbed my keys and I left. The drive to Matt's house was about 20 minutes from where I live. I parked my car infront of his house and got out.
Grabbing the toolbox that he left over at my house. Why would he leave a toolbox at my house? Well he dad is a mechanic and decided to pass down his knowledge to his son, so when my mom's car was giving trouble he volunteered to fix it which he did.
I used the key he gave me and opened the door. I know why would he give me the keys for his house and we're not married or engaged but we have been together for 2 years and 5months. We always were at his house so he made me a key.
"Hey Matt, I brought back your toolbox" I said while trailing off at the end.
" it's not what it looks like, I swear babe" Matt said slowly.
I raised one of my eyebrows and looked between him and Meghan, my best friend since kindergarten.
"Uh huh so what does it look like to you " I asked.
"He told me he broke up with you-"Meghan said while de- straddling ( a/n idk if it's even a word but oh well)herself off of Matt.
"No no you guys take your time, I'm just gonna go have fun"I said while slowly walking back out holding the toolbox.
