I wanted to dedicate this chapter to MISSMiSsA! This is one of her favorite chapters so I wanted to :). She has done an amazing job editing my story and helping me out when I was stuck! Thank you so much girl you rock!!

(Picture to the side is Harvey>>>)

My hand slightly recoiled as I fired my last shot. I smiled at my make shift target I was shooting at. All fifteen rounds hit perfectly in the middle of my target. I put my gun back in its holster and started walking back to my Jeep. I was at an older shooting range on the out skirts of town that barely anyone goes to anymore. In training I always found shooting my gun extremely relaxing. I have to focus on the target and my breathing to make the perfect shot. If I let my mind wonder I would miss so it was a perfect way to calm my nerves. I got to my Jeep and started looking through it to find my overnight bag. I always have one packed just in case of emergencies.

When I was finally in a wrestling match with my seat, I found it. I really wanted to get out of this swimming suit. I grabbed a black tank top and my bra from last night. I carefully looked around to make sure no one was around and quickly got dressed. As soon as I pulled on my stolen shorts a black pick up pulled in next to me. I pulled my hair into a quick bun and pulled on my flats.

I watched a tall, dark haired man got out of his truck pulling out a huge shot gun case with him. He had a pair of sun glasses on so I couldn't get a good look at his face. He walked over to the nearest bench and began unpacking his gun. As soon as I saw the AA-12 combat shotgun a huge smile crept across my face.

“Cooper!?” I screamed and ran full force toward him.

He turned in the nick of time seeing me sprinting toward him. I jumped into his arms and gave him a huge hug.

“Rece is that you?” He said returning my hug.

I pulled away and gave him a huge smile. “It sure is! Oh my gosh I haven't seen you in years! You've grown up!” I looked at the all grown up Harvey Cooper standing in front of me.

Last time I saw him was when I first started training. Mark, Harvey, Bently, Travis, Tom and I were all in the same squad together training under my uncle. We all grew up together and those boys were a second family to me. Harvey ended up getting sent away on his first assignment a year into my training and I haven't seen him since.

When I first met Harvey he was only seventeen and he looked like a stiff wind could blow him over. The Harvey now was sculpted with muscle and was about six foot one with short black hair and dark brown eyes.

“I should say the same thing about you! I mean dayum girl you be lookin' fine!” He said teasingly with a fake accent, putting an emphasis on ‘fine’.

I just rolled my eyes at him and gave him another hug. “So what brings you here?” I asked curiously as we sat down on the bench.

“Well I got a call from Boss early this morning saying I have a new assignment here in Cali.” He shrugged his shoulders. I perked up. If Harvey is going to be helping me out maybe it won't be so bad.

“He wants me to pick up where Tiereny left off and try to find this drug lord. I haven't received the file yet so I guess I'm just getting settled in and learning the town.” He said while rubbing his gun case. I had to laugh at him.

“I swear if that gun was a woman you'd be married.” I said teasingly. He just bent down and gave it a big kiss.

“I would make sweet sweet love to her every night too.” He cooed. I burst out laughing.

“You probably already do!”

“Hey what happens between Atty and I is none of your concern.” He put his hands on his hips and scowled playfully at me. I clutched my sides from laughing so hard. I can't believe he named his gun. But that's typical Harvey for you.
