Chapter 4

After Michael finished his read through everyone stayed at the table and just talked and bonded with their new cast mates. Luckily Michael wasn't the only new cast member. He also had another boy, Cameron, whom he shared his role with.

As I began to text my friends how the read through went a tall guy came up to me,"Hi! You're Allie, right?"

"Umm yeah! Hi! Who are you?"

"Sorry, I'm Chaz! I'm part of the ensemble. We're so happy to have you and the rest of your family on tour for a year!" He said excitedly.

"Thanks so much! We're all really excited to be here."

"Well come over here and I'll introduce you to some of the guys."

"Um sure!" I agreed.

We walked over to the group of boys. They all looked up and smiled when they saw me.

"Hey guys. This is Allie, Michael's sister."

"Hey," they all said in unison.

"Hey guys," I managed to articulate.

We all shook hands while Chaz went around and introduced them. Halfway through I realized I have stalked all of these guys on Instagram. Awkward.

"So do you act too?" Josh asked me.

"Not really. I'm more of a musical instruments kinda gal."

"Really? That's so cool," Ben commented, "what do you play?"

"Just the ukelele and the piano."

"Woah! We'll have to hear you play sometime!" Ben said.

"Sure," I said awkwardly.

Jeff stood on a chair and announced that Mickey Mouse himself would kick us out of the room if we didn't leave soon.

We all began to leave when I heard Sky come up behind me," Hey Allie. Me and some of the guys were gonna walk to Subway for an early dinner before the show. You wanna join?"

"Um sure," I thought,"Let me just ask my mom."

I ran over to where her and Michael stood in the lobby waiting for me.

"Hey. Some of the guys invited me out. Can I join?" I asked nervously.

"Do you have any money?"

"Yeah. I have tons. Ya know, I was kinda saving up for something."

"Fine. Go." she sighed.

"Thanks. Love you guys," I kissed them both on the cheek and turned to see Chaz, Ben, Sky, Josh, and DeMarius standing waiting for me. I gave them a nod of approval and we all headed out the door.
