Chapter 8

Jacob's POV

It's been 6 days since we tried to rescue Trevor. We were currently resting. Lilly just got back from getting food.

"What time is it?" she asked.

"8:45 a.m." I replied.

She nodded. After 15 minutes Ethan and Alison woke up.

''Morning guys'' Lilly said.

''Morning'' they replied.

''Did you get food?'' Matthew asked.

''Yeah, I put the bag over there'' Lilly replied pointing at the table.

We got something to eat.

''Jacob?'' Alison asked.

''Hmm'' I replied.

''Do you wanna try to save Trevor again later today?'' she asked.

''Yeah'' I replied.

''I mean only if you guys are ok with that'' I added.

''Sure'' Lilly replied.

Matthew nodded in agreement. I smiled.

''I hope we can save you this time Trevor'' I thought.

''How are we going to get the others out of there?'' Matthew asked.

''Others?'' Alison asked.

''Yeah there's 3 other people there now'' I replied.

''Maybe there's a button that can open all of the tubes'' Lilly said.

I nodded.

''What if you can't get everyone out in time?'' Ethan asked.

''I guess we'll just have to rescue them another day, I mean even though we don't know them doesn't mean they deserve to stay in there'' I replied.

They all nodded in agreement.

''Plus if we did rescue them we'd have more people in the group and we'd be safer'' Lilly said.

''That's true'' Ethan replied.

''So when do you think we should go?'' Lilly asked.

''An hour or 2 maybe'' I replied.

She nodded. We continued eating our food. After 10-15 minutes Alison went downstairs to get more water bottles since we didn't have anymore.

''Is there a store near by?'' she asked once she got back.

''Yeah there's one a few blocks away why?'' I  replied.

''There was only 3 water bottles left'' she said.

''I'll go to the store'' Lilly volunteered.

We all nodded in agreement. She left after that. After 20 minutes she came back.

''Do you guys think it'd be better if we bring the 2 mini fridges up here?'' she asked.

''Yeah that sounds look like a good idea'' Alison replied.

Ethan and Matthew went downstairs to get the mini fridges. After we finished putting the food away we just laid down on our beds to rest.

Skip Time

It's been an hour and a half.

''Wanna go now?'' Matthew asked.

''Sure'' Lilly and I replied.

45 minutes later.

The guards just left. We ran inside.

''Trevor'' I said once I was in front of his tube.

''Jacob'' he replied.

"There's security cameras'' he said.

I looked around. Once I saw the cameras I made a fire ball and threw it at the camera. I did the same to the other one.

''What the hell?'' Trevor said shocked.

''Being gay wasn't the only reason I was captured'' I replied.

''There's a button that the guards never press, I think it'll let us all out at the same time'' he said.

''What color is it?'' I asked since all the buttons were different colors.

''Green'' he replied.

I nodded then pressed the button. After a few seconds all the tubes opened. He hugged me.

''Thank you'' he said.

''You're welcome'' I replied.

''Guys we should probably go now, the guards are going to come back any minute'' Lilly said.

We ran back to the house. 45 minutes later.

''Trevor'' Alison said as she hugged him.

''Thanks for rescuing us Trevor'' Ethan said.

''Yeah if it weren't for you we all would've still been trapped there'' Matthew said.

Everyone else hugged him. After that we all decided to rest for a while. Alison was talking with Emma, Matthew and Ethan were eating, Lilly was asleep, Rebecca and Caitlin were cuddling on the bed and Trevor and I were just talking.

''Trevor?'' I asked.

''Yeah Jacob'' he replied.

''What happened to you?'' I asked.

''Why do you have a lot of bruises all over your face?'' I added.

He turned around.

''You said that they weren't that noticeable'' he said to Caitlin and Rebecca.

''Did I?, oh well'' Caitlin replied.

Rebecca laughed.

''So what happened?'' I asked.

''The day that you guys tried to rescue us the guards found out so they beat me up since I didn't tell them why you guys were there'' he replied.

I let out a sigh.

''Why did you do that?'' I asked.

''I didn't want them to hurt you'' he replied.

I smiled. We continued talking for 37 minutes. He let out a yawn.

''Wanna go to sleep?'' I asked.

He nodded then laid down. I got off the bed.

''Jacob'' he said.

''Yes?'' I replied.

''Can you stay with me until I fall asleep?'' he asked.

I smiled.

''Sure'' I replied.

I laid down next to him.

''Thank you'' he mumbled before falling asleep.
