Chapter 7

Trevor's POV

''Trevor?''

''Trevor are you ok?''

''W-what happened?'' I asked as I rubbed my head.

''You passed out'' Emma replied.

I slowly got up.

''You have a lot of bruises all over your face'' Rebecca said looking at me.

''Please don't tell me that I have a black eye'' I said.

''Don't worry, your eye is fine'' Emma replied.

I let out a sigh of relief.

''But you do have a bruise near your eye'' Caitlin said.

I groaned.

''So what are-'' Caitlin began say when she was interrupted by the guards leaving.

''What were you saying?'' I asked.

''What are we going to do if your friends come back?'' she replied.

''What do you mean?'' Rebecca asked.

''There's security cameras'' I replied.

They all looked me.

''That's why they beat you up'' Emma said.

I nodded.

''I guess we'll just have to tell them when they come back'' I said.

They nodded in agreement.

''Is Jacob your boyfriend?'' Rebecca asked.

''No, we're just friends'' I replied.

''But I do wish that he was my boyfriend'' I added.

They all smiled. I started blushing.

''If they do rescue us you should tell him how you feel'' Caitlin said.

''Who knows maybe he likes you too'' she added.

''I'll think about it'' I replied.

She smiled.

''Jacob please come back'' I thought.

The guards came back.

''Take him out'' a man said.

''And the girl next to him'' he added.

2 of the guards took us out of our tubes. They took us to the other room. 15 minutes later. They took us back to our tubes.

Once we were inside they took Rebecca out. 12 minutes later.

''Is it me or was the water colder today?'' she asked.

"It's colder" Emma replied.

I nodded in agreement. She continued shivering. There 2 guards near the entrance and 3 guards near our tubes.

"Sir, how are we supposed to find the prisoners that escaped when Trevor doesn't even know where they are?" a girl said.

"Don't worry we'll find them" he replied.

"What if they're not here anymore?" a guy asked.

"What do you mean?" the man asked.

"I mean what if they left town?" he replied.

"I don't think they'd leave without Trevor" the man said.

He nodded then left. I let out a sigh.

"Don't worry Trevor they won't find Jacob and the others" Caitlin said.

I smiled.

"Please be safe Jacob" I thought.

A few guards walked inside.

"Did you find them?" the man asked.

"No, not yet" a girl replied.

He let out a sigh.

"Well since they didn't leave town it shouldn't take that long to find them" someone said.

"That's true, plus it's a small town" the girl added.

"Alright, I might tell you guys to try again in a few hours" he replied.

They nodded then left.

"Are you sure they wouldn't find my friends?" I asked.

"I hope not" Emma replied.

"If we weren't in tubes I would hug you right now" Caitlin said.

I smiled.

"Thanks" I replied.

She smiled. One of the guards was walking past us.

"How long are you going to keep us here?" Rebecca asked.

He stopped walking.

"As soon as you decide to become normal, until then we'll keep you here" he replied.

He continued walking.

"Looks like Rebecca, Trevor and I wouldn't be leaving anytime soon" Caitlin said.

Rebecca and I both nodded in agreement. The guards left.

"When do you think they'll come back for us?" Emma asked.

"Soon, I hope" I replied.

She nodded.

"Please come to me Jacob" I thought to myself.
