Chapter 23: Questions

Rydel POV

I sat in my room listening to "Jar Of Hearts" by Christina Perri. My cheeks were wet from all my tears. I check the time. Three ol clock.... In the morning.

I haven't even dropped the subject about what Ratliff did. I totally forgot he had Calley. What am I? I'm a total mess up on how I kissed with Ratliff when he was with someone. That's a stupid mistake. I roll over and cry in my pillow.

"Rydel?" Rocky says coming and patting my back. I scream in my pillow.

"Listen, you aren't the only one that didn't mess up. Ratliff is on your couch staring at the ceiling frowning. He broke up with Calley-" Rocky was going to continue when I cut him off.

"He broke up with Calley?" I ask surprised.

"Well... She broke up with him but... You know." Rocky says leaving my room.

I lay on my bed and start crying all over again. Soon, I fall asleep.

Ratliff POV

Later I sigh and open Rydel's door a bit to see her sleeping. Her frown showed her sadness. I walk over and lay on the bed right by Rydel's bed. I sit there and watch Rydel peacefully.

Before I knew it I was asleep right by Rydel.

~morning~

"Dude why are you sleeping next to Rydel?" Ross says waking me up. I look to see Rydel was still sleeping.

"I don't know...." I say.

"Get out." Riker says in the doorway angrily. I walked out and sat on the couch by rocky and sigh on his arm.

Rydel POV

I woke up to Ross staring at me closely making me creeped out a little. I throw a pillow at him and he walks out of the room. Suddenly I hear Ratliff's voice. I just remembered what all happened.

I walk in the living room and Ratliff was staring at me with his enchanting eyes. I take a huge breath and look around.

"I'm going to grab some coffee at Starbucks. I'm going to walk around the block to Starbucks. Okay? Ill be back in a bit." I say walking out the hotel room and started walking.

I open my phone to my home screen to see Ratliff, Ross and I. I get tears on my cheeks and I kept walking.

Ratliff POV

When I saw Rydel leave. I thought of something.

"I'm going to get breakfast." I say rushing out the door. I run outside and find Rydel right off the bat. I run towards her. When I see she has tears on her face. I ran faster and stopped in front of her.

"What do you want? To break my heart?" Rydel says with her voice cracking. I didn't know what else to do but kiss her passionately.

She pushed me away and her tears were getting bigger.

"Rydel I like you. I want to be with you Rydel." I blurt out. She looks up in shock.

"You do?" She asks.

"Yeah Rydel. I want to be with you. Will you be my girlfriend?" I ask her.

"Ratliff yes." She says blushing. I hug her tightly. She hugs back.

"What are your brothers going to say-" I say when she put her finger to my lips.

"We are not telling for now..... Lets run away together." Rydel says shocking me.

What will her brothers and her parents will think?

Plus do you think I should bring Calley back in the story and bring her up to a dramatic problem??
