Chapter 4

3 weeks Later

I looked out the window of Nathan's car. We were headed down to the park. I only knew of two people that would be there right now that I cared about, and it was Lizzie and Emily. When Nathan pulled up, I jumped out of the car waiting next to a tree. I didn't want anyone seeing me just yet. Me and Nathan had planned out that he would find Lizzie and talk to her about me, soon after he would wave me over. During that time I would be waiting I would be with Emily.

"Alright Nath, you ready?" Nathan asked walking over to me.

"Yeah, it's about time I do this. I can't stay away from them forever and they need me." I told him, before walking off to where I had just seen Emily playing. Nathan walked over to where Lizzie was sitting starting to talk to her. I sat down on a swing, just watching Emily pull grass looking sad.

"Emily Ann stop being sad right now." I smirked pulling down my hood. He head snapped up looking over at me. She got up slowly walking over.

"N-Nathy?" She asked. I pulled her into my chest falling to my knees on the ground.

"I missed you so much Em." I said kissing the top of her head.

"Where have you been?! Mummy had been worried, Maya has been sad, the boys try and act like nothing is wrong, but they have all cried many times!" She snapped at me. Well that's something new, now isn't it.

"So your saying that you didn't miss me?" I asked her, completely ignoring what she just said.

"Well... Yes I did, but-" I cut her off with a chuckle.

"I know Em, I got it." I smiled at her.

"Does mummy know your here?" Em asked.

"Well..." I looked over my shoulder, seeing Nathan raise is hand over at me, Lizzie looked up he jaw dropping. "Yeah she does. Come on Em, I need to go see her." I said. I picked Emily up throwing her on my back, walking over to Nathan and Lizzie. I set Emily down once I was stood in front of Lizzie.

"Hi Lizzie." I said.

"You send fucking Castle to come and tell me about how your still alive?!" Lizzie snapped standing up. I backed away.

"Look Lizzie calm down. I would-" She cut me off.

She shook her head, before saying what she had to say. "Nathan James Sykes, you are in so much damn trouble, and I was you say so many things, and hit you over the head, but I think I will have to leave that for whenever Maya see's you. For now just give me a hug." Lizzie said with tears starting to flow. I ran over pulling her into a hug, hiding my face in her neck.

"I missed you Momma." I whispered.

"I missed you too baby boy." She said kissing the side of my head. She pulled out of the hug looking me over. "Look at you! You huge! You grew so much, and you look like your a lot stronger, and- Your wolf must look amazing. You look amazing Nathan." She pulled me in for another hug.

"Thanks Momma." I smiled. "So should we go home? Let everyone see me?" I asked. Lizzie smiled nodding. She grabbed Emily, throwing her on my shoulders.

"Thank you Mr. Fillion for looking after my boy. I would have thought he was dead if it wasn't for you, and I don't think I would have got him back." Lizzie said giving Nathan a hug.

"Your very welcome Lizzie. He's a great lad, and has a real handle on everything now." Nathan smiled.

"Thank you again Nathan for what you did for me. It means a lot." I smiled at him. He nodded, starting to walk to his car. "Nathan! Would you like to come over for dinner?" I called after him. He looked back, a smile on his face.
