Molly's is our place. For firefighters, paramedics, cops, and doctors. It's our kind of place. Things happen on shift, and it's hard. When were off shift we have to let it go. Whatever happened, happened. We can't change it. We just have to keep moving forward. That's how it is. Molly's is the place where we all meet. We can just enjoy ourselves together. It's nice in many ways. Hermann, Otis, and I all own Molly's. At first I wanted in because I wanted to go to med school. That was my plan and I wanted that so much. Then over opportunities came along and I took the firefighters test. I pursed that because it's also what I wanted. Either way Molly's has been something special to me. It's been a place where I can go. It's how Hermann and Otis have become more of my family.
Casey sat there drinking his beer " I'm ready for this.." I smiled " me too... so... where are we going..?" He smiled " It's a surprise remember.. you will find out soon.." I laughed " Ok then!" Hermann looked at us " What's with the whole getting away this weekend thing..?" Matt laughed " We just need to get away.." He questioned " Yeah Cindy and I did that... works for a while.. but then you get to your fifth kid.." I laughed " Hermann i'm not having 5 kids.." He looked at me " ok..."
