It felt like my heart just crawled into my throat. I didn't know how to react to this terrifying thing, standing 20 feet away from me. Am I imagining this thing...?

I blinked a couple of times. It wasn't moving... He wasn't moving. He was standing there, with my pocket knife. Staring at me... and smiling.

"Oh god. No.... It's..." I couldn't believe it. That man I killed on the bus was standing 20 feet away from me, covered in blood and smiling at me.

"Sh-Sheryl?!" I didn't know if she heard me. How can he be still alive?! I swear to god, I killed him!

I ran to the kithen, and paused when I saw another one. "S-Steven?!" He had an angry expression on his face. His chest was crushed, and blood was gushing out of his mouth. "Oh my god!"

Taylor, Winston, and Daniel were also staring at me with stab marks and gun shots on their bodies. "No, this can't be real." I backed up, and bumped into someone. I quickly turned around, and there was the guy I killed on the bus.

He cocked his head, still smiling. "It's been a while, Alice. How have you been?"

I was trembling with fear. They all somehow got inside of my house, and was closing in on me. I sat down, covered my head with my arms, and bent down, just waiting to be beaten.

I felt a hand grab my shoulder, and I flinched. It then hit me, I was dreaming all of this. My wife woke me up. I had sweat dripping off of me like I was being steamed alive.

"Alice, are you okay? You were sleep walking." Sleep walking? I was dreaming all of that? It seemed so... real... "I'm terrified. I'm a bad person."

I covered my eyes with my hands and began to cry. "No, Alice, you're not a bad person. You've just been having a rough night."

"I've lost count of how many people I've killed... I don't wanna hurt anyone else. But if I have to, I'll hurt myself." She frowned. She didn't like the sound of me hurting anything, especially myself. She grabbed my hands and held them tightly. "Please, don't hurt yourself."

I looked up at her. "Am... Am I still crazy?" She looked into my eyes and sighed. "I really don't want you to hurt yourself. Please, let me know if you need anything. Ok?"

I smiled and nodded. "I'm glad that I have you." She smiled back. "I am too."
