Sunday was pretty much a replica of Saturday but without the grocery shopping and more of lazy kisses and couch cuddles. But unfortunately Sunday came to an end, this is what Misaki was dreading, for school started tomorrow. And tomorrow was here.

Monday was the day Hana will be attending her first day of preschool and neither Misaki nor Saruhiko liked the idea of their Hana being around strangers. But let's just say Misaki was a lot more "tense" about it then Saruhiko was.

"Misaki, you need to calm down, it can't be all that bad," Saruhiko said trying to reassure Misaki, for Misaki was slamming the knife down on the cutting board every time he cut a piece of apple for Hana's lunch.

"How can I be calm!? Hana is going to be around filthy strangers that might mistreat her and other germs that might bully her and I can't stand either of those things!"

"Misaki, look at me," with that Misaki slightly turned his head to look at Saruhiko, with anger still visible in his eyes.

"I promise you, if anyone hurts Hana, in any way, I will personally foresee their death. You have my word."

"You know you can't actually kill them Saruhiko."

"I know, but you get the point. Anyway I have to go back to Scepter 4, Munakata is calling and Awashima already has a load of paperwork for me to complete."

With a sigh Misaki replied,

"Alright, don't come home late."

"I won't," Saruhiko said while pressing a goodbye kiss onto Misaki's forehead and heading for the door.

Once the door was shut, Misaki elicited another sigh, a bit disappointed that Saruhiko couldn't be with him to send Hana off to school. But Scepter 4 was a demanding job and ever since Saruhiko made the permanent decision to take weekends off to be with Misaki and Hana, his workload seemed to get bigger during the weekdays.

But anywho, getting back to the task at hand, Misaki was almost done making Hana her lunch for the day. The only thing left was to put it into her lunchbox, which he did.

After this he went to go check out what Hana was doing, only to find her sprawled out on her back staring up at the ceiling.

"Hana, what are you doing?"

"Ugh, I'm bored and I already finished packing my bag," she said, drawing out the "bored."

"Well we could always start making our way towards school."

That's when Misaki heard a sniffle.

"Hana what's wrong!?" Misaki said quite startled.

"I don't wanna go to school! I wanna stay home with MamaSaki a-and PapaSaru a-a-and..."

"Hana come here," Misaki said with arms open, which Hana gladly jumped into.

Misaki then began to coo and comfort Hana until he realized they did need to start heading to Hana's school.

"Hana, come on, we need to start making our way towards school," Misaki said reluctantly.

"Can you carry me there?," Hana said still a bit teary eyed.

With a sigh, Misaki nodded and picked Hana and her backpack up before he went to grab her lunchbox. Once he had grabbed all three, he left their house and kicked the door behind them shut for he had no free hands.

And thus the journey to school began, though Misaki, Saruhiko, and Hana were all very reluctant to do this, they ultimately had to.
