After a week of preschool, paperwork, and late night cuddles, with the added bonus of cute blushes, Saturday had finally arrived.
Saruhiko had made a reservation ahead of time at one of the late Totsuka's favorite cafés. It was a French cuisine restaurant that got decent reviews and thankfully it was within Saruhiko's budget range. Saruhiko had also decided to pamper Misaki leading up to the days of the date even more by reserving a room, once again, ahead of time, at an extremely nice hotel that both Awashima and Kusangi recommended.
Anywho, before Misaki woke up on the crisp-aired, lovely Saturday morning, Saruhiko went out to buy Misaki a beautiful bouquet, from a local flower shop, of flowers which consisted of Forget-Me-Nots and Gardenias then placed them in a crystal clear, glass vase next to Misaki's adorable, sleeping self.
When Misaki's sleepy and sparkling eyes fluttered open he awoke to the lovely aroma of the flowers. In that instant, Misaki practically died of happiness and heart throbs just to go jump on Saruhiko.
Almost tripping on the way there because of the baggy, gray sweatpants he liked to sleep in, Misaki went to place kisses practically everywhere on Saru's China-like face. Saruhiko then wrapped his lanky arms around Misaki's black shirt, covered torso and happily returned the kisses with just as much vigor and passion.
After the sweet hugs and kisses filled with the pale pink kind of colored love, Misaki proceeded to make a strawberry parfait, which is like a form of yogurt but twice as good, for Hana, for breakfast.
On the other hand, Saruhiko went to pack Hana's Disney themed duffle bag for the day and night.
Once everyone had finished packing, including Saruhiko and Misaki, all that was left was to figure out what the three were going to wear for the day.
Saruhiko had told Misaki to wear something casual for now until tonight, for they were going to take a stroll through town before their romantic evening began.
Hana on the other hand had already decided what to wear despite her parent's suggestions. She had picked out a Minnie Mouse shirt with matching red and white polka dot bows that held her black pigtails and tresses together. Saruhiko chose to wear something light today for it was getting a little warm out today, which was strange for Shizumo city. Curse this global warming.
While Saruhiko was getting dressed, Misaki had decided to wear a pair of shorts that went to his knees and a white sweatshirt with, of course, his signature black beanie.
The three then proceeded to exit their humble abode with Saruhiko carrying their respected bags while Misaki carried Hana to their rarely used car since walking was more preferable in Japan on a national scale.
Saruhiko then popped the trunk open and placed the bags inside while Misaki buckled Hana into her car seat. The car seat was quite the complex device.
After these tasks were completed. Saruhiko slid into the driver's seat, even though Misaki reassured Saru that he could drive, Saruhiko was still wary about it, to be on their way.
Since their route consisted of Scepter 4's headquarters being closest, thus meaning it was 'on the way,' Saruhiko made the wise decision to drop Hana off with Munakata and Shō first.
Once arriving at their destination, Saruhiko placed a quick kiss on Misaki's temple before he elicited,
"You wait in the car while I drop Hana off with Munakata, okay?"
"Mhm that's fine," Misaki responded while pressing one more kiss to Saruhiko lips.
Saruhiko then unbuckled Hana from her car seat, with encountering a little trouble on the way, but ultimately managed to get her out anyway. After this, Saru had grabbed Hana's Disney themed bag from the trunk and went on his way towards the building.
