✈Time to Leave

(A/N: sorry for how weird and out of hand this story has gotten. This chapter is gonna be a super lazy one but I have exciting things planned. This chapter will be like the gut-wrenching boring paperwork in an investigation. Just a heads up, this is gonna be the skipping period where I'll forward it to about a few days before school in Japan starts for Chloe and Miyagi. Leave a comment saying who you ship Chloe with, Miyagi or Jade? I know Jade is Chloe's girlfriend buuuuut that doesn't mean it'll last. Remember, Chloe was kissed by Miyagi and she's gonna be living with him for a whole school year, you never know what could happen. Nobody even reads this story besides one of my wives... Woah that was longer than expected!)

[fast forward to April 1st]

(First term in Japan starts in spring so like April is what the internet said so I just wanted to clarify that.)
We're at the airport. I'm getting my boarding pass and my dads are helping someone with theirs. My dads are so kind to others, i don't know how they do it. I may have forgotten to mention, when I said "tag along", I meant when we were eating spaghetti, we discussed Jade exchanging with me. Jade has some family in Japan that have been teaching her Japanese so she'd be an asset for my daily life in Japan. So yeah... Jade is coming with me. Her family couldn't pay for all of it, so my dads volunteered to help pay for her trip as well. Papa looks like he's  walking me down the aisle to the altar, when in reality, I'm in one of peej's shirts and a pair of Bear's pyjama pants. Jade is wearing a pair of her pyjama pants and one of my big AOT shirts. We're wearing all black vans and we have long sweaters on. We knew it was gonna be a long flight so we thougt we should be comfortable, we plan to change in the bathrooms of the Haneda airport so our host family doesn't think we're always slobs. When we discussed Jade exchanging as well, we already talked to the Yamashita household about us sharing a bedroom and Miyagi's rules for visitation and touchiness and our rules for the house and we've been given a slight look into our rules as well.
We head to gate 15, terminal 4, where it has displayed on the board: Departure for Haneda Airport, Leaving at 9:30pm. I'm super worried Jade won't like flying but I sorta hope she's scared so I can relax her and also laugh at her. Her mom said to check in with them once we got to the airport, on the plane, in Japan, and at the Yamashita house. (Im literally watching a Hitler documentary while writing this... Help.) We call her mom and check in, Jade says, "Hey mom, yes, uh-huh, yep, i know, okay, okay, yeah, i will, what's wrong, that's not a reason to cry-", I grab the phone from her and start talking to her mom. "Hi there Mrs. Hamilton, What's wrong? Oh okay. Yes, I understand. I'll take care of her.", I say for Jade to look at me wide-eyed. "Haha yes, she's looking at me right now. Okay Miss, I will. I'll make sure she's safe and happy. Don't worry, I love your daughter. Okay Mrs. Hamilton, we'll call on the plane. Would you like to talk to my parents? Here you go.", I say as Jade is motioning to my dads so she could talk to me. "Why did you say you love me?!", she whispered as Papa talked to her mom on the phone. It's 8:53pm. Only about 40 minutes left until we leave for a whole school year. "I do love you, but I think she just wanted some reassurance you'd be okay.", I say. "Yeah, but don't tell her you love me! She'll find out we're dating!", she whispers. Oh yeah, Jade's parents just think we're good friends... Hah hah haaaaahhhh, sorry. "Whatever, let's just get some snacks for the flight.", I say bluntly. We get some chex mix, malteasers, a split turkey  sandwich, gum, and other crisps. Bear ended the phonecall and it's now 9:18. The airport staff start lining people up to board. We have seats b13 and b14. Finally we take our turn to line up, I look to my dads as they start crying, Bear wipes away his tears, but he can't help it. They hug us one at a time. "Chloe, Jade, do your best in school and don't get flustered while working. Make sure to brush your teeth every day, take showers, take out your contacts at night, wash your hands before meals, take your melatonin, we'll keep money on the kindle account so you can read manga, make sure to take your lactose pill, don't eat too spicy foods, and Jade... Make sure to treat her well, if she's sick and has to stay home, make sure to check in with her before and after school, she gets lonely easily, Chloe... You make sure she's happy and you do the same for her.", Bear and Papa say helping each other out. "Okay, I love you guys. I'll miss you, but we'll skype you guys when we can and when we get there.", I say say hugging them tightly. "You said you loves us?", Bear says pleased yet startled. "Yes, because she does love you. She doesn't like saying 'I love you' directly to the person she's affectionate towards, she says it indirectly or to someone else. She doesn't like confronting her feelings head on, rather than saying she's lonely, she says I'm sorry and comes up with excuses for her to apologize. That's why i love her, she's outgoing with most everyone but not her feelings.", Jade says like a huge anime monologue... I'm sure she studied and practiced, im quite impressed. "Thanks Jade, I'm sure you'll be a great girlfriend for Chloe. You two have fun in Japan. I'll miss you. I start walking into the connecting ramp to the airplane and wave with tears. Jade starts walking as well but Papa stops her and whispers something in her ear and they both smirk but I cant read his lips. We walk onto the plane and find our seats in the middle of the plane in the middle row. We get buckled and situated and call her mom once more but only shortly. Our trip to Japan starts now!

This was super long sorry. I sorta enjoyed writing this one. The next one is gonna be me just spoiling (embarrassing) myself with fluffy sleepy children.
