It was 10:00 when I woke up, today I was cleaning up my house, well me and my family. Ugh! I had to mop and vacuum the house plus clean up all the rooms. I started on my room, my room was in a big mess. At least it wasn't as messy as everyone else's room. I headed up to my room to clean up, I rearranged everything. It took forever but I finally got it done. Once that was done it was about 1:30. My mum was taking us to the shops to finish buying gifts for everyone, I've used my money to bring my whole family over here to America for Christmas. It's a tradition we have every year, we all gather together as a family.... literally everyone. We all buy gifts for all the children, the adults have a secret Santa kind of 5 hung but this year we all buy gifts for everyone. Anyway so we gather together and we get someone to dress up as Santa, and someone to dress up as an elf or reindeer to be Santa's helper. Santa sits on a big chair next to the Christmas tree, the helper gives one gift at a time, Santa reads out the name and the person gets up takes a picture with Santa and go back to their spot. It's pretty cool, and after all the gifts are given out that's when we can open the gifts, then we have a lrty and dance and sing blah blah blah. It's a great tradition, it's usually always held at my grandparents house but this year at ours since our house is way bigger than everyone else's. Can't believe it's Christmas day tomorrow, we're going for a midnight mass. Anyway back to the shopping part, we're leaving in about 10 minutes until I hear our doorbell go off. I rush over and answer the door.

"Jai, hey what are you doing here?" I asked smiling letting him in.

"Your mum called me to help you guys with shopping", he grinned walking to the couch.

"Oh, that's weird", I laughed shutting the door and pacing up to the tv to switch it off.

"Hey! What the hell, Modern Family was on", Jai whined.

"I know, I've seen that episode..... and you have to", I sighed walking into the kitchen.

"Yeah ok fine", He groaned purposely slipping and falling off the couch.

The doorbell rang again.

"I'll get it", Jai called out running away.

I followed him and watched as he opened the door.

"Hey Revon, Jai. What are you guys up to?" Nolan questioned stepping inside.

"Oh, we're about to go christmas shopping. Her mum invited me to help. Why don't you come too", Jai smiled.

"Uh yeah sure, why not", he chuckled.

"Ok that's great haha, we're leaving in 5", I replied.

Great, just what I needed, my ex and the guy I currently like both coming shopping with me. Oh god, I forget about that and focus on the gifts for my friends, my friend Sandra, Irusha, Ashlee and Bailey we're coming here to America. They're also attending our Christmas tradition thing, so excited for that, I took this time to wrap up all their gifts. Before I knew it my mum was hauling us out to the car. We got in. It was an 8 seater, Jai, Nolan and I sat at the back. My bro and sis sat in the middle and mum in the front. I was in between Jai and Nolan, I felt tension but I pretended not to notice. Once we arrived Jai and Nolan went off together.... what the hell..... did they just ditch me.

(Jai's POV)

I walked off with Nolan, he came to see Revon for a reason, I intend to find out.

"So any reason why you came to see Revon?" I questioned trying not to sound suspicious.

"Oh um.... I came to ask her a serious question", he replied continuing to walk.

"Oh my gosh, you're going to ask her the big question", I gasped.

"Yeah, I need to find her first", he bit his lip looking straight ahead.

"Ok", I stopped in one spot. "Toss me your phone, I'll text her to come here".

He agreed and three his phone to me, I made sure that it just missed my hand so it fell hard on the ground. His phone fully on smashed, I ran to it and picked it up.

"Shit, I'm so sorry", I apologised fake pouting. "I would text from mine but my phone is dead".

"Damn it, it's ok. I needed a new phone anyway", he answered walking to the phone section.

My phone silently rang, I looked over to Nolan to see he was too busy to notice. I carefully picked up my phone.

"Hey Trent, yeah I did it. You were right, he was going to ask her. He thinks my phone is dead..... ok..... ok I gotta go now.... bye", I whispered hanging up.

Nolan walked to the cashier and bought a new phone. All of a sudden I hear Revon's voice call out to Nolan, I look over to see her standing just opposite Nolan, they hugged, shit. So much for that plan.

"Revon..... oh god. Jai was going to text you through my phone to meet us here but it smashed. So I bought a new one", he breathed out holding up the phone.

"Oh, why didn't you text me on Jai's phone?" She asked looking over to me.

"My phone is dead", I gulped.

"Are you ok Jai? You don't look so good", she asked concerned walking up to me.

"I'm fine", I smiled.

She smiled back and walked back over to Nolan. He slowly grabbed her hand and looked her in the eyes. I couldn't look but I had to.

"Revon, I wanted to ask you something. It's been a week since we first met and..... it's been an amazing week", he gulped as well. "What I'm trying to say is..... Will you be my girlfriend?"

Everyone stopped watching them and gawking. She looked so shocked but a smile eventually fell upon her perfect face.

"Yes, yes I will", she squeled suddenly kissing him.

I tensed up, everyone was cheering for them. They were all smiling, once they noticed me they scoffed. Great, I bet they're fans of Revon, just what I needed.

(Revon's POV)

OMG I can't believe it, everyone was cheering for me and Nolan. I then heard a few scoffs as people noticed Jai. I felt sorry for him, they probably thought he did something bad, but he didn't right?

"I love you Revon", Nolan smiled.

"Me you more", I giggled kissing him once again.

This chapter sucked so much. Oh my gosh Jai tried to ruin Nolan's chance of asking Revon to be his girlfriend. But it backfired, how far will Jai take this. Is he jealous? Protective? Find out soon. Tomorrow will be the Christmas chapter:) I need to know whether I should make a second book.
