Fame or Love

I look fine

I woke up at 6:30 and excersised for about 2 hours. My family was out the whole day, my friends were busy, Nolan had something with filming and everyone else...... I don't know. I finished off my excersise and rushed upstairs, I had a quick shower and chucked on a shirt Jai got for me months ago, it had Mickey Mouse on it. I raced back down stairs and turned on the tv and put on Once Upon a Time, I'm kind of behind still at the start of season 5.

"Oh my god Emma how could you do this", I cried throwing my tissues at the tv. "I'm so sorry for your first love Henry..... but don't worry I love you".

A loud knock at the door disturbed my concentration on the show. I reached for the remote and pressed pause, I shot up and opened the door.

"Oh my god Revon are you ok, I heard your crying", Jai panicked giving me a small hug.

"I'm fine, I was just watching a show", I reassured.

"And who the hell is this Henry that you love?" Jai asked with anger.

"He's just a character in the show, his mother was the cause of losing his first love..... and I was um telling him that it was ok...... because I love him....I know he can't hear me but.... I..... I'm complicated", I huffed out avoiding his eye contact.

Jai raised an eyebrow and looked at me up and down.

"What the hell are you wearing?" He questioned again with a bit of anger.

"Oh it's a top you got for me months ago. Do you like it? I absaloutly love disney movies", I smiled looking back at Jai.

He looked stunned for a second like he remembered something.

"I know that shirt..... never mind. You shouldn't be wearing this, it shows too much skin it's too short. You're lucky I came to the door and not a pedophile", he yelled.

A few people roaming the streets looked back in shock.

"I look fine", I replied confused.

I pulled him in the house and shut the door.

"You don't have to yell", I answered.

"Sorry but what you're wearing is inappropriate", Jai whined.

"No it's not", I shoot back.

"Let's see what your boyfriend says about that shall we", Jai smiled dialling up Nolan's number.

"How the hell did you get his number?" I questioned suddenly getting irritated.

"Uh..... he gave it to me", he mumbled putting the phone on speaker.

"Hello", Nolan answered.

"Hey Nolan, I came to see Revon yeah well she answered the door in a very short top showing off all her skin", he calmly spoke. "Please tell her that she can't do that".

What the actual hell is going on.

"Revon you can't answer the door just like that, you're lucky it was Jai at the door and not some pedophile", he yelled put concerned. "Thanks so much Jai, I'm glad you're there".

Nolan hung up leaving Jai and I standing there in silence. I sighed and walked back to the living room. I took a seat on the couch and grabbed the remote.

"Anyway.... I came to tell you about a dream I had a few days ago", Jai muttered taking a seat next to me.

"Ok, I'm listening", I replied giving my full attention.

"Well, in my dream you broke up with Nolan and I backed out on asking Willow to be my girlfriend. Anyway so I came here to comfort you right and you were wearing this exact same top. You told me that I gave it to you", he stopped.

I bit my lip and looked at him hopefully, he remembered my shirt. I couldn't help but feel weird about what to hear about next, it's clear he's not finished.

"Well..... I kissed you, and you told me that we've almost had sex before but you weren't ready..... then you told me that you were ready and then we kind of lost our virginity", Jai gulped fiddling with his hands.

I took this time to process what Jai had just told me, I mean should I feel weird, should I feel angry. Well I can't exactly be angry since its not his fault. I just can't believe his lost knowledge is in his dreams.

"I mean it's weird since I am definitely over you", I fake laughed.

"Yeah and I am definitely not in love with you haha", Jai awkwardly chuckled.

"But wow, your memory is clashing with your dreams", I slightly laughed. "You have to tell me very dream you have..... not so detailed though".

"Uh you got it", he fake grinned.

Jai gulped and looked over to the tissues on the floor, I just pressed play on the remote and finished off the episode. I then put on the latest Teen Wolf episode Ssshhhhh, there I go again, crying.

"I don't get why you cry over this, I don't even watch any shows. I mean it's like you are experiencing all this, like you're in it. You care about all the charcters and talk to them it's.... different", he stated.

"If you watch it and take the time to understand it and see the way I do you'll get why I'm like this", I softly smiled keeping my eyes on the tv.

"Well I guess I got to start watching", he chuckled.

"Well before the accident you started watching the Vampire Diaries. You are..... I mean you were up to season 5", I giggled tucking a few strands behind my ear.

"Oh haha, and how many seasons are there?" He questioned.

"About 7", I grinned uncontrollably.

I eased a bit on my smile and decided to pick the tissues up, I rested back in the couch. Jai loved the episode, I even got him into watching Teen Wolf..... Mission accomplished. This was really nice to be honest, put aside the fact he had a go at what I was wearing and told me his dream, I actually enjoyed his time here. Even though he was serious and it was awkward he still made it kind of funny.
