"I don't think we should've left from there." I said biting my nails nervously as Jai was driving his truck to his place.

"The police wouldn't be able to do anything. The guy left and they won't find him." Jai said.

"But they know that I'm the resident living there, what do I tell them tomorrow?" I looked at him as his eyes were glued to the road.

"Just say it was a prank call." He said.

"I could've told them that I met him in the shop. I know exactly how he looks like." I said as the image of the man appeared in my mind which gave me shivers.

"Trust me, they won't be able to catch him." Jai said.

"Why won't they? Do you know that man?" I asked him as he finally glanced over at me and back at the road.

"No." He said as I looked back at Cora as she was looking at me.

After the silent car ride, we reached their house as we all jumped out of the truck.

Cora and I followed Jai in as the door was opened by Beau who looked worried.

"Are you girls alright?" He asked us.

"How did you know what happened?" I asked.

"Jai told us." James said.

I looked at Jai and then back at the boys.

"We're fine, thanks to Jai." I said as I gave a small smile to him but he was looking at the keys in his hands.

"Cora!" Nathan yelled from the stairs and came running down.

Cora and him engulfed in a hug as we all looked at them. I was kind of happy that Cora found someone who cared about her as much as I do.

"I'm glad you are okay." He mumbled into her long brown hair.

"Um, do I sleep on the couch?" I asked awkwardly.

"Of course not." Daniel said.

"Can Cora sleep with me?" Nathan asked the boys as I shot a glare at Cora.

"Um no." I answered for the boys.

"Why not Hayley, they are just two kids who love each other?" Beau said to me.

"Yeah, 'kids'." I defended.

"Come on Hales, please we are just going to sleep together not do anything else." Cora pleaded.

"You know the rules Cora." I told her.

"You sleep with so many guys, and I can't even cuddle with one?" Cora argued as I couldn't believe she said that in front of these boys.

The guys chuckled as they tried to stop once I glared at them.

"I don't 'sleep' with a lot of guys." I spoke as she rolled her eyes.

They all were looking at me as I sighed.

"Fine." I said as the young couple smiled and went up the stairs.

"Nate, the condoms are in the side drawer remember!" Luke yelled at Nathan to mess with me.

I rolled my eyes at the stupid comment as James, Daniel, and Luke went to their rooms.

"Um so I'll take the couch." I spoke.

"No you can sleep in Jai's room, right Jai?" Beau smirked as Jai was looking at him.
