Story 2 Starry Romance!

Part one The Star and the Lilly

[Okay so here it is story two!]

                “Star when’s your bro getting married again?” my cousin Lilly asked me, she and I were like our mothers we are and always will be best friends “um I think on the 26th of June?”  I responded, I walked into my tiny apartment kitchen that was in desperate need of a cleaning and got a banana to eat “It’s been so long since I’ve seen my family Lilly” I opened my banana “It’s been at least 3 years or so since I moved out, and now my brother’s getting married!” I looked over at Lilly she looked so much like her mom no matter how much she hated it, her long blonde hair was pulled back and out of her face showing her blue eyes that she received from her mom, her pale skin came from my Uncle she was beautiful and I was always jealous growing up with her. “yeah it’s been awhile since I’ve seen Mum and Dad too” she laid on my couch her pink tank top making her skin look a little darker and her blue jeans ripped pretty much everywhere “the 26th right? that’s next week Star!” she shot right up looking at the calendar “no that can’t be right!” I ran over and sure enough that was next week and I had to leave this week if I were to make it to the wedding “We need to go shopping today then we both need to pack before Friday” she pulled on her heels and grabbed my arm before I could say Lilly and we were out the door shopping for my brother’s wedding and we still even had to get a gift! I really hope we make it in time.

(Day of Wedding, skipping ahead)

Daniel’s POV:

                I walked around while my men sat drinking wine all relaxed, no sign or anything of my sister Starlight. “Dude your sister will be here don’t worry!” my best man, James, who was my cousin stood beside me trying to calm me down before I got hitched. “She should be here by now though James, it’s not like her to be late” I rubbed my face in frustration “My sister is with her too and Lilly’s never late for all you know they could be sitting and waiting so try to calm down” he was a doctor now and was always making sure I was healthy which got a little annoying after awhile. A knock on the door got all of our attentions “Knock knock” it was them! “Well doesn’t my twin look handsome today” she laughed giving me a hug, she was much shorter than I or my cousin Lilly her long brown hair curled and half up her makeup done neatly and the light pink gown complimented her slight tan which she got from our father. “Thanks sis, you look beautiful wonder when I’ll be going to your wedding” I smiled at her as she gave James a hug as well, Lilly came up to me giving me a hug as well “Congrats cousin, she’s a lucky girl” she was always a beautiful girl but her blonde hair was pulled back and curled, her light yellow dress making her skin look even more pale but still beautiful. “I’m not planning on getting married any time soon Dan” she pointed out “Well we’ll see you at the reception, love you brother and good luck!” she kissed my cheek and took Lilly out with her my stomach relaxing a little more now that my sis and cousin arrive finally. Time to start the beginning of my new life.

Star’s POV:

                Daniel looked so happy looking into his wife’s eyes, Sandra, she was a short little thing but yet taller than I am. Her brown eyes complimented the light purple eye shadow she wore, her white gown flowing behind her perfectly and her smile was perfect she wasn’t a bitch either she was the nicest of the girls my brother’s dated.  “You may now kiss the bride” I heard the priest say and bam my brother was happily starting his new life with my now sister in law. I’m hoping someday I can be that happy.

RECEPTION!

                Everyone was dancing and laughing some drinking but others mainly went around chatting, the room was elegant and looked rather expensive luckily my brother was a business man who got paid well. “Star!” I heard it was Sandra coming up to me, my brother’s hand in hers “Hey Sandra” I hugged her the smile on my face made me happy to see that the two of them were going to be together for a very long time. “You look beautiful Sandra” I pointed out, she smiled and teared up a little bit “I’m so happy you could make it Star, Dan was worried you weren’t going to make it but I told him you would and here you are!” she hugged me again, she was definitely going to make a wonderful mom. “You also look beautiful Star I’m hoping to see you in a wedding dress someday as well, I’m just hoping I can go with you to look for one!” she was beautiful and Dan was quiet letting her do most of the talking “Thanks Sandra, come here brother” I pulled my brother into a hug he started to cry “Why are you crying Dan?” I asked, pulling back his face was put into a smile while tears came down his face “I’m just thankful you could be here that’s all, I haven’t seen you in a long time so it’s nice to see my little sis here at my wedding” he wiped some of his tears away, he liked to call me little sis since I was born right after him to technically he was the oldest which drove me nuts as a child. “I’m glad I was able to make it too” I held in my tears as they walked away to thank more people for coming it was a strange day for me.
