**Months Later**

                “You’re going clubbing with me” Lil said putting on her favorite silver hoops “ugh why?” I groaned, I collapsed on my bed being lazy “you need to get out!” she said, she put her hands on her hips giving me ‘the look’ I simply continued to lay lazily on my bed till I felt a pair of hands around my ankles pulling me off “OW! BITCH!” I kicked her, she laughed going through my closet “Wear this” she tossed a sexy navy number, my sailor girl dress white collar gold buttons unbuttoned wear my chest would be, the rest a beautiful navy blue. “Why this one?” I admired the gold pin with an anchor on it “Just change alright?” she said while straightening a couple loose strands of her hair. “Damn girly! You’re gonna have men all over you!” she winked, she handed me a diamond anchor necklace that hung low and probably was going to draw attention to my chest. I slid on my black heels and my diamond hoops to go with the necklace, my hair curled with a white bow holding a strand of hair to the side. “Time to go have fun!” this was going to be a long night.

CHARLES POV:

                I stood outside a club, didn’t know or care what the name was, smoking watching girls and guys go in. “Mind if I join?” a hot blonde asked pulling out a cigarette from her top “Sure” I stood leaned against the brick wall “what’s your name?” she inhaled “Charles, how ‘bout you?”  I dropped my cigarette “I’m Lynn” she said while winking at me, probably another hooker. My ears stopped listening to her when a familiar voice from afar spoke “C’mon Lil I don’t want to go!” the voice was soft but sounded annoyed “I don’t care you’re going and you are going to have fun!” the other voice said optimistically, I looked over the corner to see two beautiful girls. Star and Lilly, what were they doing here? I looked over Star her dress was definitely going to attract some really bad guys here, this wasn’t a normal club I come here more often than I should  and a lot of people end up going missing well not a lot but more than there should be. “Star?” I didn’t mean to speak it just came out like a cuss word that had to come, she looked around then her eyes met mine “Charles?” her voice it send chills down my spine “what are you two doing here?” I said, walking while shoving my hands into my pockets “Lil’s idea” she smiled “What are you doing here?” she asked, her diamond anchor drawing my attention “I come here a lot, you two shouldn’t be here though.” Lilly rolled her eyes grabbing Star’s arm and pulling her away, I couldn’t let anything happen to Daniel’s sister or he’d have my head.

                STAR POV:

I had a beer or two and was dancing with Lilly when two guys came up one taking Lilly from me, I just continued to dance while I felt a pair of hands on my hips “What’s your name princess?” he yelled loudly, his green eyes admiring my body “Starlight, you?” I giggled grabbing another beer “I’m James” he winked kissing my neck. He was trying to drag me to a corner when he collapsed a hand was on my wrist tightly making it hurt as I was dragged away, I was slapped across the face making my eyes water. “What the F!” I yelled, another hit was taken to my face making me fall to the ground my face stung “STOP!” I screamed, another hit making my lip bleed and head spin “PLEASE!!” I screamed louder feeling a small quick stab in my stomach making it bleed and me scream. “You’ve made a big mistake” the voice was familiar and rather sexy, I hadn’t seen the man’s face as I saw him fall to the ground and a hand lifting me up off the ground. “Star!” I heard Lilly’s voice, I felt a cool breeze hit my face as I realized we were outside now. “What happened?!” Lilly demanded “Not now ok?”  And like that I blacked out.

                Lilly’s POV:

I sat in the waiting room rocking back and forth scared for my cousin, Charles was right we shouldn’t have gone there. Charles sat next to me his head in his hands trying to hold back his fear “Where is she?” I looked up to see Daniel and his wife, I ran up to him and cried “Lil where is Star?” his eyes were watering and Sandra’s watered as well “She” I choked, I pointed to her room “How did this happen?” he was referring to Charles who looked up from his hands “Never mind I’ll ask later” Daniels voice was angry, walking into his sister’s room wife following behind him. I looked over at Charles, he broke his watered and fell to the ground through my eyes I could see love and Charles was definitely in love with Star.

                Sandra’s POV:

Daniel looked pale as a ghost as he held his sister’s hand I couldn’t help but cry, Daniel was scared for his sister his twin and I was scared with him. “Dan” it was Lilly her makeup was down her face “We went clubbing” she said slowly, he didn’t turn around he simply stared at his sister’s un-responding body “I was pulled away from her…” she started to choke “then I see Charles pull off a man who was hurting her for no reason” She spoke with fear and sadness receiving no response from Dan “Dan?” I said rubbing his shoulders “Charles?” he turned around “Charles saved my sister?” he looked thankful but also angry, she nodded “Charles?” he said loud enough for him to hear “Dan…” he said slowly as he entered, Dan got up and grabbed Charles and hugged him “Thank you Charles” Dan said, both of them had water just pouring from their eyes it was an emotional moment for all of us.

STAR DREAM:

                I walked around in a white dress it was long and silky; it flowed behind me as I walked bare foot around the forest. The ground crunched under my feet as I walked not knowing where the hell I was going “Starlight?” it was an unfamiliar voice “Whose there?” my heart raced as I looked around the forest only seeing trees, mud, twigs, fallen leaves and other things “It’s grandma” my heart raced as I saw this old woman walk toward me “Gram?” I said, I ran up to her tears in my eyes “Gram where are we?” I asked, I looked at her she was younger “I don’t know you tell me” she smiled; she looked like Dad her eyes were blue like his except she was blonde. Gram died after thanksgiving a couple years ago because of a drunk driver, he’s in jail thankfully. “We’re at the Lake!” I recognized the familiar surroundings “What happened Star?” she always liked to cut to the chase “I was out with Lilly” I said, we walked my arm linked with hers “She wanted me to have some fun since I hadn’t been out since the wedding, so we went clubbing” I spoke that softly “Lilly was pulled away from me and then I was dancing with a guy named James, but then he was on the ground knocked out and I  was pulled to the side and started getting beaten on.” I said, I looked up at her she showed no sign of disappointment but knowing Gram she held it in “I think it was Charles who saved me but I really don’t remember much after the beating” she stopped walking “Charles? The Charles?” she looked shocked “Yeah? Why is that shocking?” she sighed “Charles was always the trouble maker as a teen, Dan must have straightened him out.” She smiled widely at how proud she was of her grandson “How’s Jamie?” she showed tears as she spoke “She’s good, annoyed with Mum and Dad but she’s happy otherwise” she smiled happily then said “It’s time to wake up sweetheart, Dan and his wife, Lilly and Charles are waiting for you” she disappeared before I had a chance to speak.

STAR AWAKENS:

                I moved my fingers a little feeling numbness take over “Dan!” it was Sandra’s voice; I felt a big hand hold mine as I moved my fingers “Star? Can you hear me?!” Dan’s voice sounded desperate and scared “Squeeze my hand if you can hear me” I squeezed his hand and I felt a sigh of relief fill the room as I squeezed my brothers hand “ I Love You Star” Dan said kissing my forehead feeling tears hit my forehead, I slowly turned my head left and right feeling it stiff. “Open your eyes Star” Lilly said, I could feel her near I opened my eyes slowly seeing a big blur like when you’re a baby opening them for the first time I blinked a couple more times to see everything clear again faces starring at me with smiles and tears “Welcome Back” Charles said, his smile was small but big enough to show me he was filled with joy inside. “How do you feel?” Sandra asked, I hadn’t noticed the sharp pain in my stomach I started to moved the blankets to see when a pair of hands stopped me “It’s best you don’t” Charles motioned his fingers on my hands distracting me from everything but him “It hurts” I croaked “You’ll feel better soon, I promise” I smiled before closing my eyes and falling asleep, no one worried anymore knowing I was alive and breathing again.
