Chapter Forty

*Hyolyn's POV*

It had been four days, and Soyou had still not woken up. I sat on the floor at the edge of Dino's bed, looking at her. He insisted he give her his bed, and he would sleep on the sofa.

Either chivalry, or he needs a break from Woozi's swearing and Jun's snoring.

"Hey," Seungcheol came sneaking in. Honestly, I wish they would stop sneaking and help me wake her up. They brought their doctor after a day of her not waking up, and he just diagnosed her as exhausted and let her sleep until she wakes. It's a thing apparently. I have it as well. My problem is no one in the bloody dorm lets me sleep and bangs their ceiling so they wake me up.

Sitting beside me, he handed me a drink.

"Thank you," I smiled, feeling sleep wash over me. I had dance training today, making me half dead right now. Placing my head on his shoulder, he sighed.

"So when do you think she is gonna wa- right do I have super powers now or...?" He motioned over to the bed.

Soyou sat up, eyes wide, staring around.

"Hyolyn?" She looked over, voice quiet. "Where am I?"

"You remember Seventeen right?" I asked gently, nodding to Seungcheol who sat next to me, giving her a little wave.

"A little... The band that Bora always talked about?" She asked.

"Yes the very same," I raised a brow. "Come on," I grabbed her hand, guiding her to the bathroom. She had just been asleep for the best part of four days.

"I'll just wait here," I handed her a towel and directed her to the spare toothbrush after battling with Hoshi for the toothpaste.

"So, you said you came here to tell me something important before you passed out like sleeping beauty," I gave her a glance. Sarcasm at its finest.

"I did?" She asked, looking confused. "I honestly don't know how I got here but I need to get back before my mother beheads me," this time she looked genuinely worried.

And I am too. Okay she has been sleeping for a few days, but her memory has always been good.

"Soyou, you said it was really important," I tried to remind her. She did RUN here to tell us after all. Running, I tell you. It's evil.

"Unnie I will try and remember I really will, but I need to go, here," she gave me a number with a piece of paper on it, a phone number I realised. "Text this number. I will text you if I remember, or if you need me," she nodded before leaving, giving me a small hug.

Whatever it is, I hope she remembers quick.

Now I just have to find Wonwoo. The little brat stole my phone about 3 hours ago to play flappy bird and I need it back.

*Soyou's POV*

I went to tell her something. I know I did. I just... I can't remember. One minute I'm in a hurry the next I wake up four days later with no recollection of why I was there and what for.

I have this faint feeling it has something to do with my mother.

I remember telling Hyolyn and Hansol that Appa had died. But everything after that, seems like it didn't happen.
