Chapter Nineteen
*Bora's POV*
Today was the day that will seal my life. One last count up. I hope I've done enough, I've had to sleep with enough people to get what I needed. What my mother needed to make up for the last batch.
"There's ₩20,000,000 here," she counted the last pile. Adding it up, the total come to just over ₩1million. "We have over what we needed, he will be very pleased." She smirked, bagging the last bundle of money.
"So, what happens now?" Soyou spoke up, picking at her nails.
"I go meet him, seal the deal. The partnership will be sealed once Bora and his son gets married," she looked over to me, smiling. Grabbing her lipstick, she pulled out her small compact mirror. Bringing the bright red to her lips, she continued to smirk.
"When will we meet?" I decided to speak up.
"When the deal is sealed," she finished, clicking the lid back onto the lipstick and putting it back into her bag. "Hand me that bag," she pointed to the small baggy with the white powder in it. "Have to keep him interested." She smirked again, tipping the powder into a mug of coffee.
"When will the deal be sealed?" I probed more. I want to know who it is, and then I can do more research to who I'll be marrying.
"When he calls me." She rolled her eyes, leaving the room. Turning my attention to Soyou, she fiddled with the elastic band on her wrist.
"Where do you think she is?" She whispered, snapping the band. Looking at her blankly, she answered with the bitches name. "Hyolyn..."
"Who knows, who gives a shit?" I scoffed, packing the money up. "Hopefully she is dead in a ditch somewhere. I saw how she was looking at those boys, and how she has made them stop coming here. I had my eye on one, and she ruined my chances. She ruined my career, and I saw them together the night it happened."
"Yeah," she whispered. What's gotten into her? Who cares about that skank? Not me. Laughing, I zipped the bag up.
"Soon I will have everything. I don't need to waste thoughts on her," I laughed again, dropping the bag by the door.
I just wonder who it's going to be. I don't regret any of the thing I've had to do to get to this stage, and I won't regret anything. I certainly don't regret having her kicked out. I don't regret taking everything from her, and if she is still alive, and somehow makes her way back into my life, I won't hesitate to ruin her. It's what she deserves.
*Hyolyn's POV*
It was peaceful. Too peaceful. Throwing myself off the sofa, I tripped over Chewy, who was half asleep, running in his dreams. Kicking me in the process, I jumped over him, tip toeing to the kitchen. But I was met with nothing. Raising a brow, I turned, and heard a door close. Heh. Got you now.
Finding the only closed door down the hallway, I rolled my eyes. They couldn't make it more obvious if they tried. Like come on guys.
Pressing my ear to the door, I heard the whispers inside.
"Shut up Seungkwan she will hear," I presumed that was DK. I'm only guessing though, it's muffled.
"No, get your hand out of there. Hansol put down the other bandana you don't need 4 on."
"Dino get OUT of the jellybeans."
"Put that there, Mingyu stop taking selfies and please get off Wonwoo."
"Oh god mom please stop brushing my hair I am diva boo."
"Don't speak to your mom like that."
