Time to shake things up. Shake it up, shake it up yo. Shake it. Shake it for me.

Chapter Twenty Five

*DK's POV*

I don't know why Mingyu is a rapper. The notes he was hitting in there were so pitch perfect. Even higher than the ones me and Seungkwan can hit. He should reconsider his position in the band, if I'm being honest. (I'm being sarcastic, if you can't tell.)

Laughing, we exited the room, pulling cobwebs from our hair. Seeing Wonwoo sitting on the floor, head between the knees, we both saw Woozi creased over laughing and screaming at every single other guy that was practically fainting from fear.

"Hey," we walked over, Mingyu sitting next to Wonwoo. Looking around, I couldn't see Hyolyn.

"Hey hyung, where's Hyo?" Hansol piped up, the same confused expression on his face.

"What?" He sat up, looking over to us. "You were the last ones out right? You didn't catch up with her?" A confused expression set his face too now.

"No? You went with in with her, why didn't you come out together?" I questioned.

"I..." He began. I can't believe what he is about to say.

"You got scared and left her?" Hoshi stopped laughing for a second.

"Well... I," he began again, the words getting stuck in his throat. "I was sure you had caught up to her, there was only a little left of the house anyway," he looked down.

He left her. Alone.

I wouldn't have done that.

I don't care how scared I would have got. I would not have left her.

"Look, we'll just hang here for a second, she'll come out in a minute anyway," S Coups stood, a slight worried expression lingered on his face too.

Seconds turned to minutes.

Minutes turned into five.

Still no sign of Hyolyn. She hadn't emerged yet.

No one dared to move, to even speak, despite the loud laughter and bright smiles that was happening around us.

Five turned into ten.

Still no sign of her.

Standing, I walked over to the guy working the ticket counter.

"Tickets please," he said in a monotone voice.

"I don't want to ride, I need to know if someone is in there," I nodded through the exit door.

"A new group just went in," he looked the other way, through the way we went in.

"No, I mean, is there's anyone in the last stage of the course? Through those cobwebs?" I asked.

"No, the course gets cleared before the next group goes in, maybe whoever it is you're looking for went to a different ride. Tickets please," he asked the last few people waiting in line.

Biting my lip, I walked over to the guys.

"Let's split up. There's no one in there, let's see if she missed us and went looking for us else where," they nodded. Hansol standing up with me, we left to the far end of the carnival.

Over at the far end, the carnival backed onto a forest. A dark forest. Shuddering, I turned.

"See her anywhere?" He asked, looking around.

"Nope," I answered, still pissed as hell. "How could he just leave her inside like that?" I kicked a can laying around.

"He just got scared," Hansol shrugged. I could see he was pissed too, though.
