The day has finally come. You have decided that you are going to let your tough barrier down. This man, Gabe, has made you think about things that you promised you would never do. He made your body crave for attention from him. This has never happened before and you are contemplating it when Gabe walks in after talking to Bam about you figuring out the problem. You snap out of your day dream. Your face blushes when he looks at you smile his goofy smile. "What?" He asks. You quickly look at the table, "nothing." He looks around quickly and clears his throat again. "So, uh, do you like to play card games?" You nod, "yeah sure. But don't get too sore when you loose." He chuckles and shakes his head looking through some of the kitchen cabinets for the deck. He finds them and sits down preparing to shuffle them. You watch him shuffle them painfully. You just want to touch him. Feel his arms and chest. The urge is so bad it almost hurts. So, with a lot of courage, you get up and move to sit next to him. He quickly glances at you and continues to shuffle the cards. "You know, I don't really want to play cards." You say taking them from him. His attention is on you now and your face starts to turn red. "Gabe, I have a confession to make." Now it's his face that slowly is turning red. He shifts uncomfortably in his seat. "What is it?" He asks. His blue eyes stare into yours and this seems o give you strength to just tell him already. "I really like you Gabe. You are the only man that has ever treated me right. You make me feel like a girl. Nobody has ever been able to do that and be my friend at the same time. And you are just so kind and thoughtful. I can't imagine leaving without telling you how I really feel." You stop and your heart beat races waiting for him to answer. He stares at you for a long moment before smiling and blushing harder than you have ever seen. He looks down at his folded hands and laughs a little. "That's funny, because I was thinking the same thing." He doesn't look up at you again. You almost pass out in relief. It's hard for you to believe that this man actually likes you back. You automatically reach for his hand. He lets you take it and looks back up at you finally. This time though, he smiles from ear to ear. He draws you in an awkward hug. You both laugh and hug until the boat lurches sideways forcing him on top of you. "I'm sorry! So sorry! I didn't mean for that to happen!" He scrambles to get his heavy body off yours. You laugh uncontrollably until you once again sit up. "Can we go somewhere private?" You ask. He nods and leads you into the engine room. He turns and shuts the door before joining you in the back behind he engine. You both feel comfortable here. He stands there waiting for you to say something. You smile and leap into his arms kissing him on the lips. He staggers backwards before kissing you back. "GABE!" He jumps at his name being yelled from above. "GABE ITS YOUR TURN!" Bam yells down. His face is flushed as he realizes it's his shift to drive. You kiss him one last time before he heads up to the deck without a word. You walk out behind him and into the kitchen area preparing food. You hear talking above and then yelling. You climb the latter and pop your head out to see all his brothers clapping him on the back and smiling. "Man, where can I find someone like her?" Says Matt. "Does she have a sister?!" Yells Bear. Bam just stands there laughing and shaking his head unbelievingly. "What's going on up here?" You ask. They all stop and look at you smiling and wiggling their eyebrows. "You like Gabey huh?" Asks Matt. You blush madly before slipping back down the latter. You hear lag hitter above and just smirk. This is going to be an adventure for sure.
