You sigh, frustrated. Children are so frustrating. Your family of three has suddenly grown to four. Just four months ago, you gave birth to a boy, who you are now regretting. This little boy has been a pain in the but to care for. Your other two year old son, Travis is an angel. Currently Gabe, your husband, is out teaching Travis how to fish. You can't help but smile and imagine him with Travis. Gabe is so kind and he is always thinking about everybody besides himself. Here in brown town Ami has been helping you a lot with your children. She has a special touch with them. The other boys also love to spend time with their little nephews. Of course, they are all expecting another niece or nephew here soon. It's seriously too much stress. Right now you are trying to do laundry but little Ben is crying nonstop. At this rate he is going to attract bears from all around! While you quietly shush Ben you hear voices approaching. The voice belongs to non other than Gabe. Travis is just now learning to imitate everything his father does. You turn and watch them skip around the clearing. Travis's laughter fills the air along with Gabe's. Your heart swells with joy. You make your way over to them and smile. "Look what we caught honey." Gabe holds up two salmon and smiles. Travis mumbles out a "yeah!" And smiles with his two front teeth missing. "That's great! I beat it will taste yummy!" You say. Just then Ben starts to wail and cry again like he has been all day. Gabe hands you the fish and drops Travis's hand. "Aw, poor Benny, come here. What has mommy been doing to you all day, huh?" You hand him over to Gabe who takes him and rocks him gently. Ben stops crying and reaches up to touch Gabe's side burns. Ben starts to giggle as he dances around while cooing him a sweet melody. You smile and sigh at the peace and quiet again. "Come on Travis, would you like to help me cook the fish?" He nods and takes your hand. You walk away listening Gabe talk to Ben. Ben didn't cry the whole rest of the day.
