Part 2 of the "Letter to the (Young) Women of Malolos"

Rizal begins by saying that he was aroused for the satisfaction of the Malolos women that shown good example to the courage and hopes for the betterment of the future. It was also paved the way for the women empowerment and really the Bulacan was the homeland of many heroes and heroines of this great Philippine nation like Marcelo H. del Pilar.
He stressed that:
> Filipino women be treated equal with men especially to the education.
> Filipino women should not be submissive or yielding to their attitude along with respect by others against unjust orders and injustices.
> God gave us our own mind and conscience to know better between right and wrong.
> We have own wisdom, the right reason to live and will that will prevent us to be blind by bad images of others.
> Filipino women should be vigilant (aware) over their rights.
