Chapter 11

[Daisypaw's POV]

"Greystar, can we go hunting? I, umm, we want to prefect our hunting skills and we think that this is the best time to practice by the other clan territories since they are at the gathering." I lied to my leader. I had been feeling sick and I realized that I was actually pregnant! Since Greystar had refused to go to the Gathering I had to find a way to get there and get to Leopardpaw. I wanted Tulippaw to come with me too since she was my sister. Also, if Greystar ever found out I was pregnant she would kill my kits except for the strongest one most likely and probably Leopardpaw too. I had to go now.

"Sure, bring back as much prey as possible." Greystar said obviously paying no attention to us. I smiled and nodded to Tulippaw and we headed out of the camp entrance. I went first then waited for my sister on the other side.

"Thank you for coming with me." I whispered to her and we hurried off to the stream that border EverClan and TideClan. That would be the best way to cover our since since it didn't rain a lot where we were.

"I can't believe you. You better just hope that Spokenstar lets you into her clan." Tulippaw mumbled looking hurt. I sighed and stopped then looked at her.

"You would come too. What's wrong Tulippaw? You seem really down." I commented as I looked at her. She ignored me and kept walking.

"I just.... I like Leopardpaw! Now your pregnant with his kits and I'm going to be alone forever." She sighed and looked down.

"Well I'm sorry. Maybe you will like his brother, Aquapaw. He looks just like him and is just as nice." I said softly scared of my sister. She seemed to notice and purred softly.

"Sorry I snapped. Let's just to that stream then to the gathering before it's over." She said and we hurried to the border.

We actually got there quickly. Tulippaw said she would go first since just in case I couldn't swim that well she would already be there to help. She swam so gracefully. I got in slowly and I swam a little and got my scent washed away. We both got out and I looked for the gathering place.

"This way. I remember it." Tulippaw said and I followed her until I saw the circle of trees.

When we got there she warned me we had to be cautious. I looked around from beside the trees and saw the leaders still doing their share from the gathering. I looked around a little more and saw Leopardpaw there with a group of apprentice.

"Meeting dismissed! Go ahead and go back to talking to each other!" Whitestar finally yowled. I smiled and tried to get Leopardpaw's attention.

"Leopardpaw!" I hissed a little trying to keep my voice down. Thankfully he actually heard me and turned his head to me. I beckoned his with my tail and he padded over to me.

"What are you doing here?" He asked me then saw Tulippaw.

"Greystar will kill me if she ever knew but I'm pregnant with our kits. I had to get away from EverClan. Do you think Spokenstar will let me join DepthClan?" I asked him a little scared. His face turned to shock.

"I'll ask her. Come to our camp after we leave or better yet, go there now. Flamefur is in charge and she will understand. Now go before I get in trouble or some cat gets suspicious." He told me then quickly licked my cheek before going back to his friends.

"Let's go and hurry." Tulippaw said and we headed to the DepthClan camp. We had traveled there to battle so we knew where it was.
