Chapter 12

[Flamefur's POV]

I walked around the camp to stretch my legs a little bit. Then I heard something coming from the camp entrance. I twisted my head and looked and saw two apprentices that looked like they were from EverClan. The one even looked a little plumper then the other.

"Why are you here?" I asked not knowing if they were there to attack or not.

"Help my sister. Her name is Daisypaw and I'm Tulippaw. Leopardpaw said you would help us." The non-plump one said first. So they knew Leopardpaw. That was a start.

"Okay, our medicine cat is away but we do have an apprentice that knows a little about medicine. Come with me." I told them and headed to the medicine den where Creampaw stayed with Tinypaw right now as she looked over her. The two apprentices quickly came.

"Why are EverClan apprentices here?" Creampaw asked as soon as we walked in. I stopped a little and went over to my smaller kit, Tinypaw.

"Oh, they are Daisypaw and Tulippaw. They need help." I told Creampaw. The cream-furred apprentice looked toward where she sensed the two apprentices with her blind eyes.

"Plumper one, come here. I'm afraid I can't see so I don't know which one of you is which." Creampaw commanded. That almost made me laugh. Almost.

"I'm Daisypaw!" The plumper one, as Creampaw called her, hissed outraged.

"Yea, whatever. Just come here. Either you have been eating well, and I don't think that since you are from EverClan, or you are expecting kits. I'm really hoping you are just well fed." Creampaw said. Daisypaw sighed and walked closer to the blind shecat.

"What do I do?" Daisypaw asked.

"Lay down then mumble something so I can figure out where you are better. My senses don't always work out the best." Creampaw said. Daisypaw laid down and quietly mumbled something I couldn't even hear.

"How is she?" Tulippaw said thinking carefully about her words.

"I was right! She is expecting kits. I can't tell how many yet since you aren't far enough in and I'm not actually a medicine cat yet." Creampaw said facing to Tulippaw. "Swirlpaw!" She then yowled for the big apprentice.

Soon the apprentice with dark brown swirls over his lighter brown pelt walked into the den. He looked at Creampaw with soft eyes then to were Tinypaw laid with worried eyes. After he saw the two EverClan apprentices his fur went up a little.

"Why are they here?" He hissed a little. Creampaw whacked her tail against the wall as her cold eyes stared at Swirlpaw.

"Show Daisypaw the nursery. Show Tulipppaw the apprentice den. In case you are wondering Daisypaw is the plumper one while Tulippaw is the thin one." Creampaw said still staring toward Swirlpaw.

"Okay, come on you two. I'm just doing what she says." He said and the two shecats followed him out of the den. I looked to Creampaw and she sighed.

"How much longer do you think Tinypaw will be asleep?" I asked a little timidly. Creampaw looked toward me then got a poppy seed. I've had so many of those I knew what they did.

"I don't know, and take this. It will calm you down." She told me and set the poppy seed in front of me. I nodded and took the small seed.

"I hope it's soon." I said then heard a huge gasp....

Sorry, I have been extremely busy with basketball. I don't know when I'll update again. I just know I will have this book done before January ends so that you don't have to worry about. And yes, it's a cliff hanger. Sorry. I hope you liked the chapter and don't forget to leave a vote or a comment!
