16.)Plot Twist

Bria's Pov-

I woke up to an empty bed. The bed wasn't mine though, it was Cams. Wonder where he is.

I sat up and I heard muffled voices coming from the hallway. So me being me, I put my ear against Cams door and tried to listen.

"So was it him?" I heard someone say and I couldn't make out what they said after that.

"We need to tell her" I heard and that's when I quickly jumped back on the bed and pretended I was sleeping.

The door nob turned and I shut my eyes. "She's still sleeping." Nash said. "How are we going to tell her?" He added.

"I don't know but this is going to add a lot of stress for her and that isn't good for the baby." Cam said and I turned my head so I could face the wall.

"But we need to tell her as soon as possible." Nash said and then they left. I turned back around and I saw Cam.

So I guess he didn't leave. "H-hey" I said in my best fake just woke up voice. Which apparently wasn't so good.

"How much did you hear?" He asked. "Everything" I said and sat up slowly. "We are all going to tell you together." He said before leaving his room.

So far in the past day, I've gotten bad news after bad news! I don't know how much more of it I can take.

I could barley take the baby one but I know this news won't be better. "Ughh" I said aloud and got up from Cams bed.

I looked at the clock and it said 10:36, not bad. I walked into the kitchen and Hayes was eating cereal. Nash was on the couch on his phone and I don't know where Cam was.

I went to the cabinet and got a bowl no thanks to my useless brothers. I got the milk and some cereal. I sat next to Nash and tried to cheer him up.

"Hey!!" I said nudging him a little. "Hi." He mumbled and I raised an eyebrow at him.

"What's your deal?" I said and he looked up from his phone and just stared at me.

"What?" I said and he shook his head. "We're telling you together but I don't know where Cam is and I can't wait any longer." He said.

"Well is it good or bad?" I asked putting my bowl on the floor. "Not aloud to say" he said and got up before I could try to pry the answer out.

Smart boy.

Cam came in the door with a ridiculous smile plastered on his face. "Why are you so happy?" I asked and he said that he's been talking to this girl but he wouldn't say her name.

"Cam we need to tell her." Nash said from the kitchen and Cams smile faded instantly.

"We can't right now. It'll be too much for her." He said and I felt dumb not knowing what they were talking about.

"I can handle it." I said and they both shot me a look. "No, this is really important." Cam said.

"We'll tell you soon." Cam said before he headed towards his room. I put my head in my hands. This is the worst! I hate not knowing what everyone else is talking about.

I decided I needed some fresh air, so I slipped my shoes on and grabbed my keys and phone. "Be back soon!" I yelled before I slammed the door shut.
