Ch. 11 Seanipoo (Liana)

We barreled toward him falling into a group hug filled with complaints and laughter.

"Is it just me or do y'all look stunning!" He yelled checking us out from head to toe.

Samuel, Serena, and Delilah were long forgotten as we walked Sean up the steps and began to show him around the house. We fell into old habits of rude insults and even more laughter when Robert told us to follow him to Sean's room.

Sean's room was right across the hall. We walked and and we're amazed at the rainbow shades filling the room. Pictures of famous people he admired hung on the walls.

"Justin Bieber and one of Selena Gomez?"I asked.

"Yes. A picture of her because if she can get over him then I can get over anyone and a picture of him because if he can leave and cheat on that,  then I know anyone could cheat on me." Sean explained making Tiana nod as she went to jump on his bed.

Robert stood at the door way with the usual smile on his face.

"Teresa would like you all to come down. She would at least like to meet the boy her grand daughters call brother." He said and sat down Sean's bags.

We walked down stairs and seen no one then went to the dining room and no one was there. So then we found the living area for the first time.

A large flat screen TV hung on the wall and two long couches sat on either side of the room with 2 recliners seated in the back of the room. Grandma and mom we're sitting on one couch so we started on the other facing them.

"So Sean I have heard a lot about you. Not only from the girls but also from Elizabeth." She said smiling.

Sean seemed nervous but he immediately gathered his composure.

"Its the same with you I have heard more than one story about how great you are from the twins and they haven't even been here a week." He smiled as he spoke.

"Well as you know you are being adopted by me. Well actually I sent I'm the paper work this afternoon so technically you're legally part of the family now. But of course there are se things you should know about our family before tomorrow with finalizing anything so you have a chance to say no." She pulled out a black velvet box.

She handed it to Sean. As he opened it he gasped.

His was not a red half heart stone like ours. His was a black full heart stone that was being clutched by a Phoenix. The metal was bronze making it look amazing. He lifted it up over his head and let it hang nicely against his chest.

He looked like a Phoenix.

Grandma then asked him to walk with her and dismissed us to bed.

She's gonna tell him about Nightshade and everything. I said to Tiana and she nodded.

I know. I hope he doesn't freak. She said sadly.

Me too..

We both went to our rooms. I showered first and her second. It was almost 8:30 and we hadn't heard Sean come down the hall yet.

"What if he ran away or something??" Tiana worried and I shook my head.

"He would've found a way to cuss us out before he left."

She laughed and we decided to pull out our coloring crowns and books we brought from Miami.  Whenever mom would have to work long shifts and wasn't home we would eat microwaveable dinners and color. It helped us focus and deal with stress. I knew it was childish but it was comfortable and familiar.
