We walked through the corridors with a blue print of the house. But Tiana wasn't even looking at it. She seemed to have already memorized it.

Photographic Memory duhhh she said laughing.

Oh I'm sorry. All hail miss smarticles over hear!! I yelled in her head.

We burst into a fit of laughter as we walked into the dining room.

"Ladies that is not how you enter a room. Backs straight. Chin up. No snorting. You're a Pheonix. Act like one." My Grandma chastised as soon as we walked in.

We obeyed.

"What you don't know is that you girls are heirs to my extremely large fortune. So in the afternoon after school everyday you will be taking etiquette classes. On how to walk into a room. Talk to other people with a similar status. How to dance and other things." She said.

Fortune? I asked Tiana

Yup that's what I heard. This is some crazy sh**. I need to pinch myself.

For real.

"Pay attention girls." Mom snapped as she walked in.

"Like I was saying before you girls decided not to pay attention. Your dad is here in nightshade." She said Tiana and I froze.

Mom didn't look surprised.

"After your dad left me before he knew I was pregnant he told me he was going back home. I knew he was here this whole time." My mom said shakily.

"Oh so that wasn't important information to keep from your fatherless daughters!!" Tiana shouted and I grabbed her pulling her back towards me.

My mom just looked down.

Tiana was shaking she had more to say but she bit back her angry. It was something we had learned a long time ago. When we got angry bad things happened. And if looks could kill my mom would be dead.

"He's coming tomorrow afternoon after y'all get back from school to talk to us about everything and probably do a DNA test. So I want you girls to be on yalls best behavior." Grandma said and we nodded kind of shocked into silence.

"What is his name?" Tiana asked.

Mom had never given us a name or anything to go on.

"Samuel Dragon." Grandma said before turning on her heel followed by Mom and leaving.

We decided to go tour the town when Robert came up giving us both keys.

"These are presents from your grandmother. They are waiting out front. She told me to give them to you if you decided you wanted to go somewhere."

We thanked Robert and walked out front.

Beside grandmas car we're two more cars. One a deep sparkling blue and the other a deep sparkling purple. We could already guess whose was whose.

"I call driving mine around town." I said cheerfully earning a grown from Tiana.

"Can we stop and get some food then?" She asked.

"Yeah I'm thinking pizza. And we can get it and find a park here like we did in Miami and eat lunch." I said happily.

I could tell Tiana's thoughts we're getting the best of her and I knew she took this information way worse then I did. She had been imagining a dad her whole life. Someone she could feel normal with the way I act with mom.

We got in my purple car and Tiana pulled up her phone for directions.

"Oh crap I forgot this wasn't on the map!" She yelled in frustration.
