"Sol?"
I saw Sollux sitting on the steps holding his bumble bee blanket laying down sleeping.
Probably shouldn't have went to get something to eat first right? Yeah, I didn't think so.
I walk up the steps and check to see if the door is unlocked. It was. "Damn, Sol. Wwhy you gotta be so damn heavvy?" I sighed lifting him up.
I gently placed him on his couch and went into the other room. I stayed in his spare room for awhile when I heard a soft knock on the door.
I sighed and got ip from the bed, opening the door and closing it. I walk to the front door to see Dave standing. I opened the door.
"Hi Davve, I didn't expect to see y-!" I was shushed by Dave's lips connecting to mine. "Mmmmvgghh!" I pushed him off me.
"Davve!! Wwhat the fuck!?!?" Dave chuckled and it creeped me out. ALOT. "C'mon, Eridan. I know that it's been along time since you fucked someone, so Im making an offer."
He was walking closer and closer to my lips. The faint smell of alcohol flew into my nose. "Davve, you're drunk. You're with Kar, and He'll be pissed if you did somethin' like this!"
He rolled his eyes. "Screw Karkat! I never liked him!" I saw from behind the front door it slowly creaked open, showing a little pounce of hair.
"Say that again."
"Say what again?"
"Wwhat you said about Kar."
"I said screw Karkat! I NEVER liked him!" The face behind the door opened it much wider, giving me a glimpse of Kar's sad face.
Red tears were puffing his eyes up. "FINE! YOU MOTHERFUCKING ASSHOLE!!! I- i hate you." he said the last part quietly.
He hid his face behind the door and slammed it the rest of the way. I looked back at Dave. I saw something in his drunk eyes as he watched Kar run off.
Almost like the sobor that was in his head was screaming "YOU FUCKED UP!!"

Tears fell down my face. The words repeated in my mind over and over and over and over agian. Screw Karkat! I never liked him!

I didnt know what to do, who to call, where to go, so I just scrambled to my hive and jumped into my bed. But the room smelled like Dave, so it wasn't a very good nap.

My nap wasn't very long. I was waken up by the sound of banging on my door. I wrapped the blanket around my body and stood.
I opened the door. "Karkat about-" I slammed the door. "KARKAT LET ME EXPLAIN!" Dave yelled on the other side.
The sound of the lyrics "Hello" hummed on my head. You know it goes like, "Hello from the other siiiiidddee. I must of called a thousand tiiiiimmmmeeeeesss!!!" yea. So that happened. Dont judge me!
"I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY TO YOU STRIDER!"
"Karkat, I didn't know what I was saying! I was drunk!"
".... I... I think we should..."
"Karkat, I can't hear you!"
I sighed and opened the door. The sky began to cloud up and it started pouring. How cliché. "I SAID I THINK WE SHOULD BREAK UP!!! US MAKING OUT IN A BATHROOM ISN'T EXACTLY WHERE COUPLES HAPPEN... ATLEAST NOT... good couples."
"Karkat No!! I-- I...."There was no doubt in my mind that Dave was crying. I saw tears streaming down his cheeks under his shades.
"I... i'm sorry..."
"To tell you, I'm sorry! For breaking your heart!" Damn it Adele!!
"Karkat... Please..." I heard a sigh on the other side and a few footsteps. I peeked out the door and saw Dave sitting in the middle of my lawn. His face buried in between his crossed legs. I knew he was crying. He knew he fucked up. I looked at myself in the mirror next to my door.
"Karkat, get a hold of yourself." I breathed. Maybe I was a bit harsh on him. He was drunk. I quietly opened the door and stepped out. The blanket still wrapped around me, but quickly got wet from the rain.
I walked next to him, sitting beside him wrapping the blanket around him. I put my head on his shoulder and silently cried with him. He wasn't bawling, but his shoulder shook every time he cried.
I pulled his head up and took off his shades. He closed his eyes, but I could see the red pluffyness absorbing around his eyelids. "Dave, I forgive you.." I said, my voice quiet.
"No. Don't, you're right. It was a shitty move. John came over with a tweleve pack and we got drunk. I wasn't thinking straight, and I thought Eridan's house was yours. When I saw it was Eridan, my mind went blank. I don't even remember what I said."
I sighed. I leaned in and kissed him smiling sadly at him. "It's fine... I.. Love you, Dave." I saw a look of a hope in his eyes.
"But... I kinda like Eridan..." My eyes shot up. Tears stung my eyes again. "Buuu... YOU WHAT!?!?!?!?"
UPDATE!! You're welcome! Long time no type right? Welllllll, it's spring break and I have time to waste, so I'm wasting it with you my lovelys. I'll update more often. I'm also posting the first Chapter for "Doomed Hope" later today. And I'm sorry for typing the song "Hello" In here, it was playing on my phone while I was making this.
