Gosh, I'm not good under pressure. Okay. Why am I talking to myself? Cut it out Abs. Alrighty. Hi, my name is... Wait, you know that already. Ugh. Let's start again.
Hello. You know my name already but most people call me Abby and/or Abs because full names sound weird to everyone. I'm currently seventeen years old but will be turning eighteen on December 24th. Yeah, I'm a girl that has a birthday so close to Christmas but it doesn't matter.
I live in the Garden State also known as New Jersey. It's not the most popular state but I did used to live in New York at one point. Then my parents moved to Jersey because New York is expensive to live in. But now my dad is stinking' rich, sorry for sounding spoiled. My dad donates to the hospital every month so I think that makes up for it.
I'm finally a god damn senior and I've never been more happy. My two best friends, Meghan and Lily, have stuck by my side since middle school and I would be nowhere without them. Literally. I'm not some type of basic girl that says that about every single one of my friends.
My parents divorced when I was around thirteen so that's why I love my friends so much because they supported me. In case you were wondering, my mom found another man and they're living in California and I'm living with my dad here. But don't you worry because my dad is always in a great mood and he's the kind of dad that everyone loves. I love him so much, I wouldn't trade him for the world.
And lastly, what most of you all are wondering about, I am single. Yeah, yeah. I'm a senior that's single but I find high school relationships overrated. Let's be real here, when college comes, you'll have to split apart unless you're really committed and do that long distance thing but that's no option for me.
Now you know my story... Let's get on with one last year of high school.
