Chapter 18

Harleen's POV

I laughed as I watched Sky and Hayes fight. "She's my girlfriend so she's gonna hang out with me!" Yelled Hayes. He looked at me for back-up and I just laughed. It was evident Sky couldn't think of anything so she stuck her tongue out at him and ran away. I started to laugh so hard that my cheekbones were aching and my stomach hurt. Hayes looked at me and grabbed my hand "let's go up in my room" he said. He led me upstairs into his room and on to his bed. He laid down and I laid down on top of him so my back was in between his legs and my head on his chest. He put his chin on my head and sighed. "Hey baby girl why didn't you back me up there?" He asked in mock anger. I grinned "It was way to funny I couldn't help my laughter" I said truthfully as I turned around to face him. He grinned and pecked me on the lips. I frowned. "What was that for?" I asked playfully. He looked at me and said "well you didn't back me up so I guess that's my way of making you say sorry". I smirked at him. "That's it? If that's your way of making me say sorry I would expect more" I said. He pretended to think. "You know what? You're right." He said as he leaned down to kiss me. Just as his lips were about to touch mine I turned my face away. It didn't fool him though as he just kissed my neck. I wrapped my arms around his neck and grinned. He kept kissing up and down my neck slowly. I guided his lips toward mine and kissed him hard. His tongue slipped in to my mouth and the kiss got heated...until someone opened the door. I broke the kiss to see who it was. Nash. He was red in the face and trying to hold in his laughter. I looked at Hayes who seemed more mad then embarrassed. Then I noticed Cameron and and the rest of the boys right behind Nash. I felt my cheeks heat up. "What the fuck man! Do you know what the word knock means?" yelled Hayes. Nash started laughing "sorry bro" he said "we'll leave so you can get back to doing your stuff". He left and closed the door behind him. I looked at Hayes who was mad. Like really mad. I went and sat on his lap with my legs straddling him. "Hey it's no big deal Hayes" I said softly. He looked at me and calmed down just a little bit. "He's just so annoying" he said. I kissed on the cheek and said "that's what brothers are for babe". His face suddenly lit up and started grinning like an idiot. I looked at him confused. "First you were mad and now you're grinning like an idiot,mood swing much?" I said. He was still grinning as he said "it's nothing you just called me babe that's it". Oh my god Harleen. You let that slip. Again. My cheeks probably turned scarlet red. He leaned over and kissed my neck. "It's okay baby girl I like it".

Nash's POV

"Let's ask Hayes and his girlfriend if they wanna come" I said to the boys as we walked up to his room. I opened the door and saw Hayes and Harleen making out. It was gross. Hayes was kissing her neck then he kissed her lips and then Harleen turned. Hayes's face was priceless. I tried to hold in my laughter. "What the fuck man! Don't you know what the word knock means?"he yelled at me. I smirked "sorry bro we'll leave you so you can get back to doing your stuff" I said and closed the door. All the boys and I burst out laughing. "Did you see his face?" asked Jack.G. Everyone burst in to a new round of laughter. I caught my breath and said "yo but guess what? Hayes actually likes her". This time the boys' faces were priceless. "What the hell?" said Matt. "Yah bro he told her he loved her yesterday and I asked him after that if he meant it and he said yes". Jack G whistled and said "little Hayesieboo is growing up".

Unknown POV

I watched them walk down the street holding hands and laughing. What gave them the right? Why did they get that happiness and not me? They will pay. They will pay with their life. I gave her my heart. She threw it away. They should know what it feels like.
