Isaac's POV:

As soon as the bonds were cut, we had her laid out on the floor. Modesty was thrown out the window. All we were worried about was getting her heart going.

"Isaac, you keep watch. Marco, do chest compressions. I'll count." I watched my brothers as they got to work. Victor was looking around the room, same as I was. He was taking pictures though.

"Look for her purse, and book bag." I told him. Victor nodded to me then took a couple of tissues from a box before he started opening drawers and cabinets.

I heard the sirens and ran down the steps to meet them. Before I could reach the bottom, I saw Sean and Owen as they pulled in next to the ambulance and jumped out of the car. "This way!"

"Has she started breathing yet?" Sean asked.

"No. Compressions were started within minutes of us arriving. I am not going to lie, it's not pretty. She was tied down to the bed spread-eagle. She has been beaten, and is full of all kinds of drugs." I looked everywhere but at them. "I don't think we made it here in time." Both of them swore, but we continued towards the room.

"I have a pulse!" Vance yelled.

"Move." Sean was down on the floor listening to her. "It's weak. I hope there isn't any permanent damage. Clear the room so they can get the gurney close. Don't disturb anything."

"I found her backpack and her purse. I didn't touch anything with my hands. I followed protocol." Victor spoke up. Owen and Sean nodded towards him.

They looked exhausted. We would be running on steam tomorrow, but we had to make it in. Marco could stay with her I supposed. I hated the thought of running on coffee, but that was what I was going to have to do at this point. They had her loaded up in the ambulance quickly. Sean went with her. Vance went with Owen, and Marco and I took our vehicle.

"I don't know enough about this school to even begin asking questions. Owen and his team have theories as to what they are looking for, but not people. A school that size? Anyone in there could be dealing the drugs. It could be someone outside the school." I heaved a big sigh.

"One problem at a time, Isaac. Your heart is too big for your body. You want to rush in and save everyone before you have all the facts. You're going to get yourself hurt." I glance over to Marco as he finished speaking. His head was back and his eyes were closed.

"Who gave you all the brains?"

He yawned. "You're the brawn, I'm the brains."

"What does that make Vance?"

"He's the debutante." He didn't miss a beat.

"He does look good in a dress." I replied.

"We're never letting him live that down." Marco chuckled.

"Fuck no. That was the best Academy Ball ever. You go ahead and close your eyes. I'll wake you when we arrive." He never replied.
