"Oh my god I'm so excited to go!"
"That's the thing... I don't think you should go..."
"What do you mean? This rand a lot to me!"
"I know it does trust me I know but I mean Tanner just got home and you haven't been with him. I mean a lot can happen in a quarter he might find someone else."
"Are you kidding me? I trust him!"
"I know and I'm not saying you shouldn't but I'm saying a lot could change."
"It's not like we're dating. We're really good friends."
"Really I've never kissed any of my friends." I couldn't believe she just said that. She knew perfectly well that I was practically clueless about my feelings for Tanner. She knew that I liked him and wanted to date him. I was fuming with rage. "Listen I'm sorry but whatever you decide to do. If you go ill text you. I called Tanner and told him every thing.
"Is this something you want?"
"Yes. I'm sorry. This is a huge offer considering I'm only a freshman."
"I'll support you as long as you want to do this. I hate the fact that you're going to leave me for so long."
"Me too."
"Hey come outside." I did as I was told and I saw him standing next to the big oak tree. I hung up and ran to him. He took me in his arms and I almost threw the both of us to the ground. We would have went tumbling down if he didn't plant his feet in the ground at the last minute. He steadied me and I looked up at him. It was nice to be able to look up at him again. I was going to miss that. He tilted my chin up and gently kissed me. My heart raced and I tried not to tear up. "If it's going to make you happy, go. Go."
