Two hours later

Robin

I've been sat outside Regina's room for at least two hours now, but it feels like years. Snow hasn't come out and no one else has gone, which worries me even more.

Questions keep running through my head. Will Regina be alright? Will she survive? Will she remember her life if she ever wakes up or did the fall she had damage her head?

And the baby, is the baby alright? Are they alive, or did they not survive? I blame myself if anything happens to either of them, she was working on the potion I asked her to make to find my daughter. Why was I such an awful person, pushing her into making the potion while she was pregnant when she said she couldn't do it while she was pregnant because magic is bad for the baby. It's all my fault.

The door opens, revealing Snow. A sad and tired expression on her face. I know the worst is coming.

"Snow, is she okay?" I ask, panic in my voice

"I managed to stop the bleeding in her wound and she's stabilized. But the wound is still very deep and will take at least a year to heal fully. Also she has a very nasty gash in her leg and on her forehead and also a concussion which isn't helping her condition" she explains

"Will she be alright though?" I ask

"I can't say until she wakes up, which could be a while, her pulse is very light, barely there almost so there's still a chance she won't survive" she sighs, tears in her eyes

I sigh, biting my lip to hold back the tears that are threatening to fall down my face.

"What about the baby? Is the baby alright?" I ask, panicking even more than I am already

"The baby is perfectly healthy and alive, I don't know how with such an impact but they made it" she smiles

I breathe a sigh of relief, some good news today.

"Can I see her?" I ask

"Of course, but I warn you, she isn't in good condition" she nods

I nod, taking a deep breath

"Thank you Snow" I nod

"No problem, shout me if you need me" she nods back, walking down the corridor

I head into the room and gasp at the sight. Regina lies on the bed, cuts and bandages covering her limp body. The blanket covers up to her neck, concealing the wound on her hip.

Tears fall down my face as I look at my soul mate. This is all my fault, I did this, I made her work on the potion and now my soul mate is fighting for her life.

I sit beside her in a chair and grab her limp pale hand, taking a deep breath in to steady my shaking voice.

"My darling, I am so sorry. This is all my fault, I asked you to make the locator spell and now it's nearly killed you and you're fighting for your life. You're in control of your body and you decide if you stay or if you go. If you stay, we can work through it together and we can have a child and a good life. But if you want to go, I want you to know that it's okay, I understand that you don't want to be in pain or have to deal with anymore suffering, but I will miss you and our children will too. They need you Regina, I need you, I need my soul mate and they need their mother. Please stay, I know that the pain will be there from the wound in your hip, but I will look after you and everything will be alright. I need you Regina, and so does everyone in this castle. I love you, my darling" I whisper to her, kissing her forehead as the tears roll down my face
