The door closes quietly and Robin pecks my lips softly, smiling brightly.
"Peace and quiet, at last" he whispers, making me giggle
He wraps his arms around me and I lay my head on his chest as we sway back and forth in each other's arms. Before I know what's happening, Robin pulls away from me and scoops me up into his arms and carries me to bed. I click my fingers and he's in his pyjamas with his teeth cleaned and hair combed neatly.
"Thank you darling" he smiles, climbing into bed beside me
"You're welcome" I smile back
He pulls me close to him and wraps his arms around my waist, our hands intertwining with one another.
"I love you" he whispers
"I love you too" I whisper back
The light switches off by itself and before I know it I'm drifting off to sleep.
I'm really sorry for the awful chapter! And I'm also sorry for not updating yesterday.
