Chapter 1

You were in Bowser's Castle, inside Wendy's room. She was currently painting her nails, and talking to you about what you thought about her room.

"So do ya like my room, (Y/n)? I remodeled it yesterday." Wendy said.

You looked around the room and noticed tons of pink everywhere. You cringed on the inside a little, but nodded anyways. "Yes, yes, darling, only the prettiest of things can come here." She stated, while blowing on her nails for them to dry.

Though they weren't as much nails, as they were claws. But you were a koopa as well, and really couldn't judge.

Loud thumps were suddenly heard outside the room. "Ugh! What are those boys up to now?!" She yelled angrily. "Go look!" She ordered.

You then walked toward the door, and creaked it open just a bit. You noticed Lemmy balancing on one of his circus balls. "Oh hey, (Y/n)! Wanna join me?" He asked.

The real reason you were friends with Wendy, wasn't even because of her, but more because of her brothers.

You never said it, but you could have had a small thing for them. Or maybe something a bit more.

You never really had a chance to speak to them however, since Wendy was always at your back. And if you didn't do what she asked, Bowser was sure to come after you.

"Sorry Lem's. I can't..." You whispered. "But why? And why are you whispering...?" He asked gently.

You looked down at the ground, and then back into the room, where Wendy was waiting. "Sorry..." You answered, before going back inside.

"Who was it? And what took so long?" Wendy questioned. "It's Lemmy...he's out doing some of his circus tricks again" You answered, before sitting on a pink beanbag.

"That annoying goofball's always getting in trouble and in the way of things." Wendy scoffed, while taking a selfie.

"I think he's kind of sweet..." You mumbled. But then you regretted ever opening your lips at all.

Wendy burst out laughing, and almost fell over a few times. You stayed silent, watching her cry tears of joy. While she was at it, you slowly sneaked out the room.

You then headed down the hall, to the left, and into the kitchen. You looked around and noticed Iggy, with his head down on the table.

You sat next to him, and grabbed an apple from the fruit bowl. "Something wrong?" You asked, as you bit the apple.

"Life is wrong." He muffled. You raised an eyebrow, slightly confused at his answer. "Well...yeah, but....a bit more specific?" You asked, taking another bite out the apple.

"I broke one of Bowser's invention. Now my butt's gonna get burned. I'm gonna need a lot of aloe vera to calm the pain afterwards." He explained.

"Maybe you can hide and come back when he's not so angry." You suggested. "What if he gets angrier?" Iggy suggested. You slowly took a bite again. "Good point..." You mumbled.

"Well uhh...Good luck." You stated, as you finished the apple, and got up. "Thanks. I'm gonna need it." He muffled.

You walked out the kitchen, and then heard something break as you passed Ludwig's room. Then yells were heard.

"Stupid! You idiot! Why are you touching my record?! Can't you see that's where all my disks are stored?! Get out of my room! Dimwit!" You heard Ludwig yell.

"Sorry!" Morton yelled, running out the room, only to bump into you. "Sorry (Y/n)! I didn't mean to, I was inside and accidentally broke the record player, and....and..." Morton rambled on.

But before he went on and on, you stopped him. "It's fine. Really..." You quickly stated, before standing back up and handing him a hand.

He quickly took it and stood up as well. "Think Roy's in the mood to go take candy from babies?" He asked. You were taken aback a bit, but shrugged it off, and nodded. "Alright!" He cheered, before running off.

You then returned to Wendy's room, and found her still laughing, and wiping the tears from her face. "Oh, oh! That was too funny...you should be a comedian..." She laughed.

You sighed, and rolled your eyes at her.
