Chapter 4

Tara P.O.V

AJ rocked me as the police carried Amina's mom out of the house. "Why you leave?" AJ whispered. "Cause you don't want me no more" I whispered crying harder. "You didn't let me finish! I was trying to say I didn't know if I could keep just being your boyfriend. I want you to marry me Tara" AJ said. My eyes widened and I hugged AJ tight. "We just need to ask you a few more questions" officer Daniels said. "Come on now man, she had enough for the night" AJ said. Officer Daniels gave in and AJ took me home.

When we got to the house Riah was already home. I made a bee line to our room and got in bed. AJ took his shoes off and was about to get in bed. "Can you go get Terian?" I asked. "You need to rest" AJ said. "I just wanna hold him" I said weakly. AJ brought Terian to me and surprisingly he was fast asleep. I held him tight and let more tears fall. AJ got in the bed and snuggled with us. "Tara I want you and my kids" AJ whispered. "Kids?" I asked turning around. "You're pregnant, yo lil hips spreading, face getting fat, you ain't had yo period yet" AJ said. I thought about it and cried harder. AJ smiled, "We gone be good ma".

Shaneka P.O.V

Russell rolled over and I admired his thick lips. "What you looking at?" he asked not even opening his eyes. As I was about to answer someone started beating on the front door. Russell hopped up and grabbed his gun. "Go in the room with Chase. I gripped my round belly and ran into Chase's room. It got quiet and then I heard the front door fly open. I wrapped my arms around Chase. "Damon!" I heard Russell scream. "Where is my cousin?" I heard Simone call out. I hopped up and flew out the room. Simone's smile dropped when she saw my belly. "You dirty wanch!" she screamed. "I'm sorry, I been meaning to tell you" I said. "When? When the baby get here?" Simone asked rubbing my stomach. Tamya kicked, Simone smiled and started talking to my belly. "Its a girl, we're naming her Tamya" I said. Money hugged Chase and they went into our den.

"I talked to Tara last night, her and Riah found Mina's mom dead" I said. "Yeah, Riah told me" Simone said. "You know anything about the lil foreign bitch my daddy been running around with?" I asked. "I heard her name was Kori. Word on the street Layla been letting them train her" Simone said. I shook my head, I didn't wanna believe my daddy would stoop that low. "I don't know how true that is though, but Riah ran into some of Layla lil friends and they told them she was prostituting" Simone said. "She fucking with Sanchez, so I know damn well she is! Sanchez chill with Russell" I said. Simone shook her head and followed me into the kitchen. "Man we done been through some shit!" I said.

Trap P.O.V

Courtney and Trayvon walked in front of me hand in hand. I looked around the store and pulled out our grocery list. "Trap! Trap, is that you?" I heard a voice call. I turned around and seen my ex Meka. Courtney spun around and walked back towards me. Meka rolled her eyes and smiled. "How you been?" Meka asked. I glanced at Courtney and chose my words wisely. "Cool, just taking care of my family" I said. "Daddy I want chips" Trayvon whined. "It was nice seeing you Meka, let me get my lil mans home and feed him" I said.

"It was nice seeing you Meka" Courtney mocked as we walked away. "Yo chill!" I said getting frustrated. "What was all that about?" Courtney huffed. "Don't start that shit! Let's finish shopping" I said. Courtney grabbed Tray's hand and they walked ahead. I looked back and Meka was still watching me. I smirked as she turned her head and went the other way. I made a mental note to hit her up when I had some alone time. I grabbed a few snacks and then looked around for Courtney. She was by the meat examining a pack of chicken. I walked over and stood next to her. "That's what we eating?" she shrugged and threw it in the cart. "Riah said she's cooking so I guess its up to her" Courtney said. Out the corner of my eye I thought I seen Capo and Keta. "Bruh, bruh!" I called out. Once again Courtney nosey ass turned around ready to start some shit! Keta's big belly caught us both off guard..
