Chapter 20

Marina P.O.V

"Everybody this Peanut" Tremaine said. Peanut wasn't cute but he wasn't butt ugly either. His blue eyes saved him! Trina, Mariah and Kayla walked up and spoke. "Mariah, let me holla at you" Devin said. They ducked off to the girls locker room. It didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out they were hooking up. Charley walked off when Trina tried to speak. "Wassup up with y'all?" Kayla asked. "Mind ya business Kayla!" Mike warned. Kayla rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth. "I don't think I was talking to Mikey, but okay!" Kayla snapped. Mike laughed, "I wish you had that much bark when we fucking!" he mumbled but we all heard him. "You got me fucked up! You sure haven't complained nor hesitated to make your way whenever you need lil man wet!" Kayla growled. "Damn yo, lil man?" Tremaine asked laughing. "I'm not calling his dick little! That's just what I call it" Kayla said clearing up her statement. "And I told yo ass quit calling it that" Mike snapped clearly embarrassed. For the first time Peanut cracked a smile. The bell rung and we all went to our first period. Me, Peanut, Trina, and Mouse all have Science first hour. "I'm so annoyed" Trina pouted sitting next to me. "What happened?" I asked. "I caught Charley with this bitch named Leya and I beat her ass! But he's treating me like he caught me with somebody else, talking bout I'm always doing too much" Trina said rolling her eyes. "Don't take this the wrong way but, girl quit fucking with him! Charley cool and all but he wanna do him, he not tryna be tied down with you, Leya, or the next broad!" I said honestly. Tremaine and Peanut sat two rows in front of us. "How though? Charley was my first everything" Trina pouted. "Its always somebody better waiting to step in" I said gazing over at Tremaine.

Peanut loosened up by the time we left for lunch. "You can sit in the front" Trina said. I sat on Tremaine's lap so she could squeeze in. Charley glared at Trina, their lil "situationship" is weird. We decided on IHOP. We all piled out, Trina walked in with Peanut leaving Charley the odd one out. He looked a little irritated but he still joked around with the boys. "Peanut, who you get your eyes from?" Trina asked. "Yeah, cause I wanna know too! Yo eyes are soo beautiful" Kayla said. "Y'all gay asses!" Mike joked. "Naw for real though, I never seen a black person with blue eyes" Devin said seriously. "My mother had blue eyes" Peanut said. "Had?" Trina asked. "Shut yo ass up sometimes!" Charley snapped. "Naw it's cool, my mother and father were both murdered about 11 years ago" Peanut said. "Sorry to hear that, I know exactly how you feel! My step father killed my mother about 2 weeks ago" I said. Peanut looked at me and his eyes peered through my soul. "I'm not trying to be negative but it doesn't get any easier" Peanut said. "That's why I'm lucky to have met you guys, y'all and my family been getting me through it" I said honestly. Charley put his arm around my shoulder. "Mouse love you so we all do, you a lil sis now! We look out for each other. Speaking of which, Trina I'm sorry" Charley said. I smirked at Trina. She rolled her eyes. "Naw for real, I'm sorry" Charley said. "Quit being stubborn and forgive him!" Mike said. "You been talking to me all day about him, you might as well" Peanut said. Trina smiled and traded places with me to be closer to Charley.

Simone P.O.V

"What the fuck is wrong with you, I swear to God I'm fucking done with you Damon!" I yelled. Candace called me at work crying and telling me about Akila. Money just sat on the bed with his head in his hands. "I fucked up" he said softly. "You damn right! I ain't been nothing but good to you, and why the fuck would you be fucking Candace's cousin? The mother of your children!" I yelled. "Simone just give me a fucking minute to think!" Money yelled. "Daddy, I can't sleep" Destiny whined coming into the room. "Go get in the bed with mommy" Money said. "But Mr. Monie in there" Destiny whined. Money got up and stormed out the room. I ran past him and blocked the entrance of Candace's door. "No, you won't fuck up her happiness! I won't watch you do her like you've done me all these years" I snapped. "Sense I done fucked y'all lives up so mafuckin much I'll leave!" Money said. He grabbed his keys and left out. Candace came out her room and looked at me. I shrugged, "He'll be back" I said going back into my room. I didn't bother calling him nor texting him, it wasn't shit he could say to me right now. Serenity came into the room and climbed in bed with me. We snuggled close and fell asleep.
