Danny's POV

" Danny would you like to help me in the kitchen?" I nodded walking into the kitchen with Youngi's dad." Look Danny I just my wife is questioning your relationship with our daughter but I just want to let know I love you no matter what." I smiled letting him bring me into his embrace.

I pulled away hearing Youngi arguing with Sunny. I walked out seeing the two in each other's faces." You're just a hormonal teen Sunny. Don't worry about boys." Youngi said making Sunny annoyed." You have a boyfriend and you're a teen." I cleared my throat easing the tension.

" Mom how long until dinner ?" Youngi asked walking into the kitchen." Sunny, why don't we take walk?" I insisted seeing her expression soften. She grabbed her jacket already waiting for me at the door.

I walked out with her down the stairs out into the winter and it's breeze. She put her hand in my elbow assuring herself." Sunny you're a sophomore and all but boys are too much. They make your mind go all over the place. You should worry about boys when you're done with school." I said trying to ease her thoughts.

" Danny but I have something that will cause my parents to be mad with me," she said making me rethink. Is Sunny... Gay?" Well you can tell me if you feel comfortable about it?" She gulped hard stopping in her tracks, turning to face me.

I could see the nervousness in her eyes it was even making me nervous." Okay but you can't tell my parents... sigh. I like someone who has barely even talk to me. They so sweet, honest, and how I forget how funny she is..." Sunny raised her hand to her mouth. She stared at me waiting for my reaction but I was simply smiling the whole time.

" You're not disgusted or at least mad?" She asked still not believing me. I nodded a no." So what's her name? What does she look like?" I asked curiously.

We continued to walk." Her name is Alex..." I felt myself choked at the name Alex. That's Mattie's cousin." Does she have boy short hair? And does she say she's part llama?" I asked feeling the suspense.

" How do you know that? Do you know her?" I nodded seeing her expression get excited. I nodded and I felt a grin rise to my face." Well maybe I can help you... But since you told me a secret, I'll tell you one of mine..." I insisted making her face change again .

Man, how many moods can she in 10 minutes. My thoughts went back to her waiting looking at me like I'm an idiot. I reach in my back pocket taking out my wallet. She questioned me with her eyes.

I flipped it opened taking out my ID, handing it to her. She looked at it curiously." Eyes green, hair brown, gender female... female... Oh bagels." the look on her face was priceless. She started laughing but when she noticed I was being serious she stopped laughing. Out of nowhere she hit herself on the head, I could tell she was feeling stupid.

" Does..." I stopped her nodding at her question." Wow and what do my parents think?" She asked with a bit of fear." Your dad loves me but your mom is slowly liking me." I said feeling a bit of sadness but I know it'll get better over time." Honey... Sunny dinner is ready." Youngi said making us walk faster. I could Sunny stomach growling like a wild lion.

I gave her an eager look making us both race to the house. I reached Youngi first receiving a kiss but was soon interrupted by Sunny.

We sat around the table watching mom place the food on the table.
" Dad do you think I could take the girls out for New years to the beach. You and mom can come too if you like." I asked looking at Dad in the eyes." We would love to but we have to check our plans. Although I know Sunny and Ji-young are going nowhere. So they can... Maybe we can meet you there." He said raising everyone a smile except Mom stayed quiet peacefully eating.
