Defiance (Kylo Ren Fanfiction)

Chapter Five

A/N: I'm not one who rereads and edits her work. Please bare with any mistakes I have made. Omg, I also watched the first 3 episodes of Girls, (A series Adam Driver plays in) and I can't help but laugh in amusement by Adam's character. Not in a bad way or anything, I just wasn't expecting it. Anyways, on to the chapter.

I stand in shock and horror as Kylo pulls away and looks at me with stern eyes. I could feel him picking at thoughts and assumptions of me, and it was terrifying.

"So here's what is going to happen. You will be following me back to my office where I will question you and about your life up until now. I want you to cooperate and stay quiet, unless I ask you something directly. Understood?" He explains.

I nod willingly, and follow him out the door.

When we enter his office, it is still mangled and full of broken monitors. Hopefully he'll fix it soon. He sits me down at a large table and stares at me, except this time with his mask. I can't help but feel uncomfortable by the whole thing. What really threw me off was the two people who walked in.

"General Hux, and Captain Phasma." He addresses them. They nod slightly and look at me. I suddenly feel like the star of the show and all eyes were on me. My hands begin to sweat and my throat is swelling.

Don't worry. They're not as bad as they look. Just convince them you are important. Here goes that dumb voice again! Who is that?!

"Ms. Krista," Kylo begins, using my name for the first time, "How old were you when you parents were killed?"

I look down at my hands, "I was four."

"And do you know who they were?"

"They were Jedi's, but no one knew much about them."

"Growing up, what was it like having Jedi parents?"

"Well, when I was younger my mom would tell me stories about Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, and Han Solo," I spoke. When I mention the name I watch Kylo flinch slightly, but he regains his composure quickly after, "After they died I never got proper training. I was always reminded, however, that The Force, I think that's what it's called, was strong in me."

You're doing great, keep it up. You're so convincing. Well thanks mysterious voice, I am answering truthfully.

"Good, good. Now tell me, what do you think the force does?"

"Well from stories that I've heard, and personal experience," I look directly at Kylo, "You can inflict pain on others. That's all I know."

He nods his head,"Good, now tell me. Do you know who killed your parents?"

I shake my head,"All I know is that the First Order had done it."

Kylo tilts his head,"If I told you that I knew who killed them. And that the killer is still alive, what would you do?"

Convince me, show me anger.

"Well, I would want to know where the killer was and confront them."

You will tell me that you would kill them in hatred.
