Chapter 16
Last night was amazing. Sober Harry told me he meant what he said and then I stayed at his. "What are your dreams about?" Harry's words replay through my mind for ages. I want to tell him I really do but it's the fact he might laugh or think I'm a baby. I don't like people getting close to me especially when I like someone so much. I look around the room and I see trophies and books everywhere. His room is full of them. I really need a toilet but I don't know where it is and I don't wanna wake up Harry or his room mate. I sneak out of bed and walk down the narrow corridor. I finally find the bathroom. To find it I walked room to room and at one point I walked into Harry's roommates room but luckily I didn't wake him up. I have a quick shower and head back to Harry's. I get my tracksuit on as I only have a pair of jeans left and they are for tomorrow. I go to the front room and ring Jade. It is 7am and I hope she answers as she is normally up by now. On the third ring she picks up. "Hello, how are you?" She chirps down the phone. "Yeah I'm good how about you?" I ask testing her ability. "I'm amazing Thankyou." She answers. "Babe who's that?" And Irish voice says in a deep tone. "Who is that Jade?" I ask knowing the answer. "I was gonna tell you when you came home you know. Well I'm stayed at Niall's last night." She says and I can just tell she is smiling. "Well I'll let you go then." I say about to end the call. "Wait wait. Urm the boys and their girlfriends are having a party tonight as it is New Year's Eve and they want you and Harry to come as you guys are like a couple." She a quilled down the phone as I can tell she has wanting to say about me and Harry. "Fine I'll check with him." I say ending the call. I make a fresh cup of coffee and sit down on the edge of the window and watch the beautiful city. The sunrise is there which is a pinky,orangey,yellow and it's breathtaking. As I sip my coffee I hear footsteps coming down the narrow corridor. Expecting it to be Harry it turns out to be a girl. I girl I haven't seen before. "Urm hi, we haven't met but could you tell James to call me." She nervously asks and I nod. She shuts the door and Harry runs out. "Oh I thought you left." He booms. I shake my head and he stands hovering next to me. "Urm I spoke to Jade and her and the boys want us to go to some New Year's Eve party thing?" I ask hoping he wants to go. She nods his head and I text Jade finding out the address. "You know this doesn't mean we are together. I don't do girlfriends." He says out of nowhere. "But-but." I hesitate. "But what? What because I told you I love you. That's a word. It doesn't mean I wanna be with you!" He booms and a tear trickles down my face and I run out of the apartment. "Wait." Harry booms but I keep running. As I finally turn up to my dorm I walk through the door and at that moment in time I break down in a million pieces. Jade comes through the door and sees me. She runs over and hugs me. "Please just tell me how it went with you and Niall." I plead her. She nods. "Well when you left I got a phone call from Niall, he said "hey babe I have a supprised for you, just come to mine?" So I grabbed my things and drove to his. As I rang the bell huge amount of butterflies swarm my belly. He flies to the door and kisses me. He has a women's body apron on. I laugh and he smirks at me. His surprise was that he made my favourite dinner. Then we went to some romcom at the cinema and I stayed round." She says out of breathe. I nod. "That's sounds amazing." I say as I am so happy for her. "So you and Harry are definitely coming tonight right?" Se bed loudly. I nod and she squeals. As I take a shower and Jade does the same we wash her hair and our bodies. Oh poo I don't have anything to wear tonight. I mumble in my head as I look through my wardrobe. Jade reads my mind and says,"wanna go shopping quickly as I don't have anything to wear?" I nod and she smiles putting on a tracksuit and I do the same. Jade drives us to the closets shops and we hurry as we only have 1hour. I look trough the window to find the most beautiful dress and I pick it up and buy it. We go into lipsy were Jade buys hers. "Jade,OMG hurry up!" I say loudly. I spot lilli through the corner of my eye. She sees me and rushes over. "Hey bitch why ain't you been answering my calls?" She says in a bit so jokey voice. "Maybe because I didn't want to and I'm busy," I say back in an equally harsh tone. She gives me and dirty look and walks off. We haven't got along because she dated my ex and I hate her. Jade buys her dress and we rush home. We get ready do our hair and makeup and leave again. My dress has a tight fit that shows of my curves. Tonight I am extremely nervous as I haven't spoke to Harry since our argument and I really wanna see him so I hope he turns up today. We arrive at the party at 8pm. Swarms of people cover the front garden and what looks like the rest of the house. My heart beats fast as I spot a curly haired boy holding beer in his hand. It's Harry I know it is. As I glance at him again he spots me and runs. "I love you!" He shouts. My heart bursts with excitement. It's been 2years since we met and he finally hasn't taken it back! He crouched down and kneeled in front of me. "Will you marry me?" He booms as I squeal. I stand there shocked and frozen. "It's fine you don't have to I didn't mean it." He stands up brushing down his legs. "Oh I was going to say yes but it doesn't matter anymore." Harry grabs my hand and puts the ring on and I kiss him passionately.
