Star Crossed

The Meeting: Luke's POV

I jumpped into the taxi that was headed to the Mondo Cafe. The guys were all singing along to Nickle Back on the way there. Michael was currently dancing in his seat and Calum was recording it, Ashton was in the passenger seat laughing along with them. I was on my phone texting my girlfriend Arzaylea, I wanted her to come along but this was strictly about music. Hope you have a good time wish I was there:( -A I smiled at her text, I loved how much she cared about me and my career. Wish you were here too, I'll be back before you know it- L

We walked into the cafe and looked for The Void, Ashton spotted them and we walked over to them. They all stood up to greet us, "Hey I'm Emere, this is Alex, Jessica, Isaac, and that wierdo over there is Samantha." A white haired guy said. "Nice to meet you, I'm Ashton, that is Calum, Michael, and Luke." Ashton said introducing all of us. We all sat down to start our little meeting. I sat across from Samantha who was looking at the floor as if it were the most interesting thing.

We started talking about the upcoming tour and cracking a few jokes here and there. They seemed like really cool people, Samantha still hadn't spoken. "Umm...so when would we start? I heard you guys just finished your tour." Samantha finally said. She looked so nervous and was avoiding eye contact. "Well since we just finished and management calls for us to have at least 2-3 months, would mid August work for you guys?" Ashton asked gesturing to the guys. "Yeah that works." who I believe was Alex.

We finished up the meeting and we all got up. "It was really nice meeting you guys and umm....congrats on the tour and album." Samantha nervously said tugging at her sleeves. I was convinced she was the most nervous and awkward in the band, which made her look cute. Wait what am I thinking I just met her and I have a girlfriend?! "Uh...thanks, we're all fans of your music." I replied to Samantha. She replied with a smile and the rest replied with thank you's.

"Well...we were wondering if you guys wanted to celebrate finishing up the tour with us by going to a party." Michael stated.
Emere glanced to his friends if it was okay and they all nodded except for Samantha who seemed to be thinking about it. "What about you Sam?" Alex asked her. "Uhh......um....sure why not?" she said still not sure but still agreed.

"Alright then we'll see you tonight" Ashton said. We exchanged goodbyes. Calum, Michael, and Ashton hugged everyone so did I but I hesitated when it came to Samantha. I lead over and hugged her lightly she was very small and fragile compared to me, we let go and started to walk towards the exit.
