Samantha's POV
After a couple of minutes the guys made it to the hospital, we were all in Luke's room. I had called a doctor over explaining to him that Luke had woken up. He was currently asking Luke questions regarding himself.
''Alright Luke, now I'm going to ask you to tell me how the people in your room are okay?'' The doctor pointed to Michael, Ashton,Calum,Jessica,and his mum.He seemed to remember everything. Then he pointed at me Luke sat there quietly, ''Luke sweetheart what's wrong? You remember me right?'' I asked my voice cracking. My heart was beating so loudly against chest I could her it in my ears.
''I'm sorry, but I don't are you a friend of my mum?'' he asked. My heart dropped and I felt myself grow cold. He seemed to remember everything but me.
okay guys that's the alternative ending, you guys get to choose between Luke dying in love with Samantha or continue to live but forget everything about her. Hope you guys enjoyed this book as much as I enjoyed writing it, comment what ending you chose:)
