Hurtful Words

Jessica's POV
I woke up to my head feeling like it was about to spilt open, I slowly got up and tried to blink away the pain. Nope not working. I reached for my glasses that where on my night stand. "Morning beautiful." Calum's voice rung in the room almost causing me to have a heart attack. "Jesus Cal you almost made me have a heart attack." I said with a chuckle. "Sorry." he apologized placing a light kiss on my cheek. How could anyone be capable of being mad at him? "Omg Sam! I need to apologize, I got so drunk last night." I said realizing how bad I felt. I got up off from the bed but was stopped by Calum's hand getting a hold of me. "Cal let me go I need to talk to Samantha. We can cuddle later." I said trying to get out of his grip but it was no use. "Its not that Jess, it's kinda serious and it involves Sam." he said in a serious tone his face didn't have a smile anymore which worried me. "What is it Calum?" I said now incredibly worried. What happened when I was drunk? He sat me down and his lap and started explaining what had happened last night, with each word I grew more and more angry but also guilty. I should of been by Samantha's side when this happened, sober I might add.

Once he had finished telling me what had happened I broke free of his grip and ran downstairs. My fists were now in balls, where was this fucker? I ran past a sleeping Ashton who was about to be woken up. "..Jess do you re-" Luke started to say before I cut him off, the guy I was looking for. Calum was right behind me, "Jessica wait a sec-" Calum said while resting a hand on my shoulder. "No Cal, he needs to hear this. Luke what do you remember last night?" I asked him my hands on my hips. "Ummm....not much." he said shrugging his shoulders. "Oh wow, because what I remember is that you were kissing a random girl in front of your girlfriend. Oh should I say Ex-girlfriend." I said but was no where near finished. "You hurt her once before, she gave you her heart and you run off and hurt her again! What the hell is your problem!" I screamed in his face my fists still at my sides. "I was drunk okay! Whatever I did I didn't me-" he started to yelled but was stopped  by my fist colliding with his face. He stumbled backwards in shock, I turned around and walked upstairs to see my best friend who needed me.

Calum's POV

"I would of stopped her, but she's right. You fucked up." I said to Luke who had his hand to his face where Jessica had punched him. I was about to walk away and head upstairs when Luke stopped me, "C-cal I can't lose her." he said a hurt expression on his face. I hated to see him like this but what he did was extremely wrong, I don't know what I could do to help. "I'm sorry mate but I think you already have, I'll try to help you. I'll promise you that much." I said walking up to him and pulling me into a hug. He was my bestfriend and I would do anything to try to get them back together, even if it wasn't going to be easy.
